1 | the paper presents the results of the stress applied to regulatory body systems of sportsmen with the orthostatic reaction type. The experiment has been carried out during a loading test with the static muscular load. At the end of the research a connection between the stress of regulatory body systems and orthostatic reaction type has been revealed. 2 | The article presents the results of the aothors’ research on the impact of orthostatic sustainability on the physical development of the two age groups (11–15 years and 17–21 years), involved in sports with heavy lifting. Discovers the presence of hypertensive variant of orthostatic reactions in the younger group and the practical absence of it in the senior group. Also reveals the influence of orthostatic response of the cardiovascular system on the performance of physical fitness of the involved. Makes the conclusion about the need to integrate the data on the orthostatic testing at the initial stages of training athletes when working with heavy weights.
