The results of scientific research on working out and approbation of the program of complex restoration in training process are considered by the sports among of highly skilled weight lifters a part of sport combined team of Tomsk region. It is shown that use of correctly picked over means of restoration, such as pedagogical, medical-biological and psychological ones, promote authentic improvement of indicators of all functional tests used as the control of efficiency. It is necessary to note, the decrease of negative influence of training loadings of oxygenless character toa cardiac muscle which has been fixed with the help of microcardiacanalisator «МК-02», as reduction of a number of single contractions of cardiac muscle during training. // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2009. HISTORY OF PHYSICAL CULTURE IN THE SYSTEM OF GENERAL AND PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 9 (186). P. 78-82

Training programs on physical culture have provided studying of questions of history by school students. Therefore, the purpose of classes in history of physical culture with future teachers in the organizations of higher education and colleges is not only acquisition of knowledge, but also training in technique of teaching historical aspects, formation of interest in a profession. The article presents the results of the analysis of educational programs on physical culture for students of general education schools regarding existence of aspects of history of physical culture in them. The questions of the Olympic movement, the role of Pierre de Coubertin in its development and education, the origin of physical exercises and games are presented in programs for schoolchildren. There are no relevant issues in the programs on the history of the Paralympic Movement, the Deaflympic Movement, Special Olympics. Authors have determined possibilities of history of physical culture in formation of professional competences of future teachers of physical culture. Lessons of history of physical culture promote formation of important professional competences of future teachers and train them for organization of pedagogical, design, cultural and educational activity. The authors have defined the attitude of future teachers to the “History of Physical Culture” and the most expedient methodical receptions for use in classrooms. Most future teachers consider the history of physical culture an important topic, but they do not understand the practical significance of the subject. Among the most appropriate methods of teaching, students give priority to active methods. The authors have proved that students need special preparation for the use of methods of training in the professional activity.

SYSTEM APPROACH TO PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REGULATION THROUGH THE MANAGEMENT OF STRUCTURAL FORMATIONS IN THE TRAINING PROCESS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 8 (197). P. 191-195

The article is devoted to the actual problem of optimization of the sports result of young athletes in conditions of additional education. The purpose of the work is to reveal the features of the normalization of physical activity of young athletes using the system approach through the management of structural formations of the training process. In the work the features of the organization of the educational process in the children and youth sports school are revealed with the use of the system approach in achieving the sporting result. The management of structural formations of the training process in the system of additional education becomes a system-forming factor in the training of qualified athletes, since it solves many problems of improving absolutely all the components of physical fitness of a beginner athlete. Methodical approaches to the organization of training sessions for young athletes in water sports have been developed, based on the management of structural formations of the training process. The results of the pedagogical experiment make it possible to specify certain effective approaches, forms, methods and tools used in the classroom. During the work, the following methods of scientific research were used: analysis of scientific, sports, methodological literature; analysis of best practices, modeling methods, pedagogical experiment. Research materials can be used in the practice of trainers.
