ASSESSMENT OF INFLUENCE FROM ENVIRONMENTAL CHEMICALS OF THE FACTORS RISK IN HUMAN HEALTH: ANALYTICAL REVIEW // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2010. Issue 3 (93). P. 156-161

Human health factors of risk assessment - scientific direction, work up technology in prognosis to interaction of the system «organism of man - environmental». Calculated indexes, characterize level at influence in the biological systems from environmental factors, in the organism of man, allow assessment of probability in the possibility negative efficacy and construction program of administration of risk for reduction in the his level to definite size. One by key methodological approach of human ecology maybe introduction in the practical construction of models influence from environmental chemicals of the factors risk in human health for conservation ecological security of the region.

Biochemical Parameters of Degree from Endotoksikose During Chronicle Cholecystitis // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2011. Issue 5 (107). P. 73-76

Clinical and biochemical monitoring of degree from endotoksikose during chronicle cholecystitis – should include parameters of antioxidant and oxidant system, catabolism of protein. Exponents in the information of level endotoksikose are general antioxidant active and active of catalase in the erythrocytes, components of middle molecules mass. As biochemical estimation of heaviness for patients of cholecystitis important of calculated indexes, characterize of correlation analyzing parameters in blood’s plasma and erythrocytes.

Bioinformation Technology in Risk Assessment from Environmental Chemicals Influence in Human Health: Analytical Review // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2011. Issue 5 (107). P. 164-169

Application of bio information technology for human ecology give a possibility to value and and systematize issues of risk from environmental factors on their influence on human health. The use of biochemical ground in human health factors of risk assessment allow denoting criterion of important valuable tests of ecological risk to analysis state of man health and reveal in marker tests change of homeostasis of the human organism by influence from environmental negative factors. Form of information securing for study of the biochemical criterion in the homeostatic adaptation of the organism of man to regions conditions ecological setting and their valuation that way discover of totality deposits individual parameters in possible deviation of the metabolism process from norm.

PROGRAM OF CLINICAL-LABORATORY MONITORING BIOCHEMICAL MARKERS OF ESTIMATION FROM ENDOGEN INTOKSIKATION DURING CHRONICLE AND ACUTE CHOLECYSTITIS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2011. Issue 8 (110). P. 115-118

Program of clinical-laboratory monitoring of endogen intoksikation by patients of chronicle and acute cholecystitis must had to include biochemical markers: components of middle molecules mass, active of catalase, ceruloplasmin, level of malondialdehyde. Clinical-biochemical estimation of utilize of criterion in the discover frontier alteration with deviation of the norm of analysis parameters is considered. Discover of markers tests of endogen intoksikation for patients of cholecystitis may be basis of complex clinical-biochemical research in early postsurgery period, for utilize doctor in the construction of program correction of metabolism violations.

Keywords: endogen intoksikation, clinical-laboratory monitoring, biochemical markers, chronicle and acute cholecystitis.

CATALASE OF BIOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENTS OF THE HUMAN BODY AND ITS CLINICAL BIOCHEMICAL VALUE IN ENDOTOXICOSE ESTIMATION // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 7 (122). P. 94-99

Catalase is class enzyme oxidoreduktase, a part antioxidant sisthemes of a cage and carrying out function antiperexise protection. In clinical biochemistry mainly define activity of a catalase a photometric method in following biological environments: integral blood, plasma, erytrocytes. Activity of a catalase of blood – one of prognostic tests of expressiveness endotoxicose a human body. The analysis of activity of a catalase finds application in ecology of the person as a biomarker of infringements metabolic processes in an organism, both in blood, and in other biological environments (for example, a saliva). For an estimation of quality of environment in the person ecology uses photometric measurement of concentration of a catalase in air of a working zone.

METHODOLOGY AND METHOD OF EVALUATION OF OXIDATIVE MODIFICATION OF PROTEINS IN COMPLEX WITH AVERAGE WEIGHT MOLECULES, PROSPECTS FOR THEIR USE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 8 (149). P. 185-189

Study of oxidative modification of proteins (OMP) and the average mass molecules (MSM) as markers of the severity of endotoxemia, sensitive to changes in the degree of oxidative stress in the complex, one sample of the biological environment, methodologically justified, since it will increase the information content of each of these parameters and reduce the flow of material used, which is particularly important in clinical biochemistry. OMP evaluation method in combination with MSM implemented by us in accordance with the author’s method (patent for the invention of the Russian Federation no. 2012153044, priority of 12.07.2012, the decision to grant a patent on 14.04.2014, in collaboration) and tested on a model biological system conditions spontaneous and Fe2+-induced OMP.

DEVELOPMENT MODEL OF BIOLOGICAL SYSTEMS TO ASSESS THE SEVERITY OF ORGANISM CONDITION AT AML - HEPATIC CHOLESTASIS (IN E PERIMENT IN VITRO) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 2 (155). P. 221-228

The article is devoted to the obstructive cholestasis – a type of violation of the outflow of bile from the liver (cholestasis), which is quite common in the clinical practice. An urgent problem is that of evaluation of its degree on the basis of diagnostic systems of marker indicators of metabolic status of the organism (static and dynamic), one of the leading may be the antioxidant activity and the level of oxidative modification of proteins, in combination with the average mass of the molecules – a universal test of the severity of endotoxemia. For such experimental studies (in vitro) it is suitable to develop model biological systems, which will allow to test the sensitivity of the studied metabolic tests to varying degrees of severity of subhepatic cholestasis and in the future – to create diagnostic systems on their basis.

Keywords: obstructive cholestasis, modeling biological systems, oxidative modification of proteins, the molecules of average weight

METALLOTHIONEIN: RELATIONSHIP WITH OXIDATIVE MODIFICATION OF PROTEINS AND LIPIDS, MONITORING METHODS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 11 (164). P. 161-168

Based on literature data, addresses a wide range of biological functions of metallothioneins, including transport of metals in the body, protection of oxidative stress, as well as their use as a diagnostic test of intoxication, including heavy metals poisoning. Methodologically justified the possible exchange of metallothionein with oxidative modification of proteins and lipids (spontaneous and metal-initiated). Proposed the application of monitoring of appropriate tests in the system, with a certain level of average molecular weight as a parameter of intoxication, including the effects of heavy metals to detect dynamics of metallothionein correlations in the body under the conditions of oxidative stress.

Keywords: metallothioneins oxidative modification of proteins and lipids, monitoring
