The article actualizes the problem of tolerance in the social-psychological aspects. The ethnic diversity of society in peaceful coexistence requires from each subject of ethnos ability to understand, respect and accept. Tolerance of Interethnic relations is a necessary condition for positive interaction of people in a complex ethnically diverse world.

Multiethnic educational environment is presented as a modern reality, in which the developing person, require specially organized focused psycho-pedagogical support. It involves creating the system that will create the necessary psycho-pedagogical conditions for the successful development of a multicultural personality.
