Pedagogical Model of Future Officers’ Preparation for Leadership // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2006. Issue 10 (61). P. 84-85

The article gives a description of the pedagogical model of future fire protection officers’ preparation for leadership. The model peculiarity is that the authors base on personality-oriented approach. In the model structure the following components are singled out: purposeful, pithy, procedural, assessment-resulting. The given model allows to solve successfully the tasks of purposeful interaction between a teacher and cadets in a military higher educational establishment.

The article deals with the research of the influence of gender socialization in the higher school on the formation of professional orientation of students. The peculiarities of professional orientation of students of humanities and of technical students are investigated in the framework of the research.
