Pedagogical Model of Future Officers’ Preparation for Leadership // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2006. Issue 10 (61). P. 84-85

The article gives a description of the pedagogical model of future fire protection officers’ preparation for leadership. The model peculiarity is that the authors base on personality-oriented approach. In the model structure the following components are singled out: purposeful, pithy, procedural, assessment-resulting. The given model allows to solve successfully the tasks of purposeful interaction between a teacher and cadets in a military higher educational establishment.
