P. 88-93 The paper presents the analysis of correlation between such pedagogical categories as “competence” and “knowledge and skills”. The author shows the necessity of decomposing competences into knowledge and skills in a competence model of a specialist. It is defined that this decomposition reveals a clear logical link between the competences and the subjects of the curriculum.
