There are numerous concepts of time and the points of view on a problem of perception of time as a result of longterm scientific researches, philosophical discussions and reflections in a science and philosophy. This article analyses and generalizes the major modern approaches which have arisen last years as a result of researching and comprehension of a problem of time and forms its human perception.
