DEVELOPMENT OF METHODOLOGY OF MANAGEMENT BY INNOVATIVE CLUSTERS IN MONOPRODUCTION REGIONS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2013. Issue 12 (140). P. 31-36

In the article the concept of the monoproduction region is specified, segmentation of regions on the contribution to formation of the gross regional product of different types of economic activity is carried out, classification of subjects depending on the number of prevailing managing subjects is offered, the need of creation of innovative clusters for monoproduction regions is proved and dominating forces of their creation in different economic structures are revealed.

RESEARCH OF CLUSTER TRANSFORMATION FROM THE POSITION OF COURSE OF INNOVATIVE PROCESS IN THE REGION’S ECONOMY // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 5 (146). P. 182-185

The paper studies the transformation of cluster flow position of the innovation process at different stages of its development. Innovative process is divided into two main stages: creation of a cluster and cluster functioning. The first stage includes three main stages and is connected with process of creation of a cluster by association of its key participants, definition of strategic activities on the basis of the analysis of functioning of the region and formation of resource base and infrastructure elements. The second stage includes creation, introduction and distribution of innovations, has cyclic character.
