1 | The calculation of the both spin and orbital angular momenta of the radiation from 350 MeV positrons at (100) planar channeling in the ultra-thin silicon crystal is carried out by means of computer simulation. The calculations are performed as a proposal for an experimental verication at the DAFNE LINAC (INFN-LNF, Italy; energy up to 500 MeV). The possibility of the usage of the channeling radiation from relativistic positrons as the source of 4-5 MeV twisted photons is discussed.
