THE REALIZATION OF THE ADAPTIVE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY FOR THE SPEECH CREATION FORMING OF THE PRESCHOOL AGE CHILDREN TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE FEATURES OF THEIR DEVELOPMENT // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 1 (154). P. 80-86

This article reveals the meaning and the intercommunication of the personal oriented and the competence approaches to the speech creation forming of the preschool age children taking into account the features of their development. According to the researches, the psycholinguistic, psychological and psycho physiological features of the child development are the base of the speech creation mastering of the preschool age children. The preschool educational organization is the social institute for the each child individuality opening, that’s why the teachers have to adapt the competitions of the education for the children. The term “adaptability” of the educational process opens this position. For the first time the term “adaptability of the educational system” appeared in the Law of the Russian Federation “About the education” as the principle of the state politics in the educational area and it means the adaptation of the educational system for the training level and the development features of the children. As the result, the necessity of the realization of the adaptive educational activity for the speech creation forming of the preschool age children taken into account their development features appears. And the personal oriented and the competence approaches to its realization suppose the adherence to the requirements to the educational activity in the kindergarten. The results of the established stage of the research are adduced. The goal, tasks and the hypothesis of the forming stage of the research are indicated.

MONITORING SENIOR PRE-SHOOLERS’S ABILITY TO MAKE UP FAIRY-TALES // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 5 (170). P. 14-18

Federal state educational standard of pre-school education claims the necessity to develop creative abilities of children. Due to it, the aim to develop an ability to make up fairy-tales as one of the forms of ability for speech creativity with taking into consideration age, individual and psychophysiological peculiarities of senior pre-schoolers gets essential importance. Analyzing psychological and pedagogical issues we determine the structure and mechanism of developing the child’s ability to make up fairy-tales, work out diagnostic methods with which it is possible to monitor children’s imagination and speech efforts at integrating graphic and communicative activities, the results of the research are provided.

Due to reforms in the state policy in pre-school education the task to develop children’s ability for making up fairy-tales as one of the forms of children’s abilities for speech creativity acquires special importance. Now main guidelines for organizing the educational process to develop children’s ability for speech creativity are found in the Federal state educational standard of pre-school education. However, the main points of Federal state educational standard of pre-school education often remain only declared, because they are ahead of invalid methodological supplies of programs used in contemporary kindergartens. It can be proved through analyzing the contents of traditional education, some diagnosing methods and results of using these methods that allow to evaluate the development of children’s ability to make up fairy-tales due to certain criteria and characteristics. The article discloses the reasons for lack of dynamics in the development of pre-schoolers’ creative ability. Singles out components and peculiarities of organizing the educational process to develop senior preschoolers’ ability for making up fairy-tales in accordance with the requirements of the new Federal state educational standard of pre-school education.
