Social competence is one of the most significant components of the communicative competence. The development of social competence allows a student to acquire new social experience and use a foreign language as a tool of communication. With regard to the content of social competence, it is still not determined. In this article we have made an attempt to suggest a framework of the content of social competence for primary school students.
