The article is devoted to the improvement of the process of preparation of future teachers of Health basics in the context of improving their readiness for the formation of health culture of high school students during extracurricular activities. The focus is on the potential of the use of didactic games in the study of certain topics, specialized subjects, which are focused on providing students with the necessary knowledge, skills, and professionally – important qualities for the use in their future professional activity, regarding the preservation and strengthening of various aspects of the health of students.
