The methodological approach is close to the notion of gender personality in English literature when under gender personality the combination oh individual characteristics is meant describing a person as femine, masculine, androgine or non-differential (indefinite) type by psychological qualities and preferable patterns of sex-role behavior. Investigation included 310 students, namely: 140 men and 170 young girls aged 17 – 22. It is shown that in conditions of the up-to-date Russian society there exist the processes of learning gender models and behavior patterns by youth to be traditionally peculiar to opposite sex and have a high manifestation of femine qualities.
