For the first time full morphological description of all age stages of new species of malarial mosquitoes of the Maculipennis Complex - Anopheles artemievi Gordeev et al., 2004 are represented. Peculiar features which help to identify An. artemievi in sympatric zones from another member of Complex - Anopheles messeae Fall., 1926, - are given
