The House of Peslyak - the First Temporary Educational Building of Tomsk Teacher's Institute (1902-1904) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2002. Issue 4 (32). P. 83-85

On the basis of historical sources introduced for the first time in scientific circulation the author elucidates the processes of exposure of the house of Pesiyak; its identification with the contemporary building in the Nikitina street, 15; ascertainment of a real owner of the building and the role which it played in the capacity of the first temporary building of Tomsk Teacher's Institute.

THE WORK OF THE MINISTRY OF PUBLIC ENLIGHTENMENT OF THE TEMPORARY SIBERIAN GOVERNMENT AND OF THE RUSSIAN NATIONAL GOVERNMENT IN OMSK AND TOMSK (JUNE 1918 – NOVEMBER 1919) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2010. Issue 10 (100). P. 5-9

The article contains the first investigation of the work of the Ministry public enlightenment of the Temporary Government and of the Russian national government of Siberia in Omsk and Tomsk in the most severe time of the Civil War; the light is thrown upon the personnel of the Ministry; the measures of preparation of the school reform; renovation of pedagogical educational institutions and of improvement of the material standing of teachers; the article also shows the prominent actions of the Ministry of the science development and higher education in Siberia.

THE ACTIVITY OF TOMSK GUBERNIAL COUNCIL IN THE FIELD OF ENLIGHTENMENT OF NATIONAL MINORITIES (1920–1925) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 11 (126). P. 170-176

In the paper the complex processes of interethnic relations harmonization due to equal educational rights of nationalities are revealed on the basis of literature sources and archives. Valuable historical experience of Soviets state authorities activity in Tomsk gubernia in 1920s in the field of the enlightenment of national minorities, school establishment for nationalities, teachers training is described.
