The Contribution of a Final Wrist Movement into Maximal Distance Throw by One Hand in a Jump among Young Basketball Players // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2003. Issue 3 (35). P. 81-83

The results obtained in the course of a series of experiments with young basketball players allow to assert that the mobility of the wrist joint, namely the angle of the wrist back withdrawing is the most signi¬ficant anthropometrical factor which favours the suc¬cessful throwing of the ball in a long-distance jump.
