CHARACTERISTIC OF BIOCHEMICAL PROCESSES IN EUTROPHIC AND MESOTROPHIC MIRES OF SIBERIA // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2009. Issue 11 (89). P. 207-212

As a result of stationary investigations is established that the peat deposits of mire ecosystems in Siberia of different genesis are biochemically active in the whole profile. Preliminary data reflecting the particular dynamics of biochemical processes, depending on hydrothermal and redox regimes. Is established that, in comparison with Western Siberia, in the gorno-altai mires the processes of anaerobic destruction of cellulose are more expressed.

Keywords: mire ecosystems, Western Siberia, Gornyj Altai, biochemical processes, dynamics of microorganisms population

ENZYMATIC ACTIVITY IN PEAT DEPOSITS ТAGAN BOG // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 7 (122). P. 171-176

The results of enzyme activity in peat deposits of eutrophic bog Tagan in natural and anthropogenic conditions are described. It was stated that in the anthropogenically transformed deposits there are more active hydrolysis of carbohydrates, with the participation of invertase. In the natural peat deposits more intense humification processes of organic matter.

Keywords: peat deposit, enzymes, biochemical activity, agrosilviculture

DYNAMICS OF BIOCHEMICAL ACTIVITY AND GAS REGIME OF EUTROPHIC BOG // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 8 (123). P. 187-191

Results of enzyme activity and mode of gas (carbon dioxide and methane) in peat deposits of eutrophic bog in climatic conditions in 2011 year are described in the article.

Keywords: peat deposit, enzymes, biochemical activity, gas regime

BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF PEAT DEPOSIT TUROCHAK BOG // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2013. Issue 8 (136). P. 131-136

The results of the investigation of biological activity of eutrophic peat deposits Turochak bog are presented in the article. Microbial biomass and enzymes activity (catalase, invertase), which characterize the basic biochemical properties, are estimated. Concentration of microbial biomass was recorded to decrease as the degree of decomposition and reduce light-hydrolyzing substances. Peat deposit Turochak bog full-depth biological activity.

Keywords: bog, peat deposit, biological activity, microbial biomass, enzymes, catalase, invertase

DEGRADATION OF PYROGEN PEAT SOIL AT FIRES (DATA OF TAGAN EXCAVATION) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2013. Issue 8 (136). P. 137-142

The article presents the study of physical, chemical and morphological properties of pyrogenic peat soils for example three cuts in the eutrophic fen Tagan. It is located on the second terrace above the floodplain of the river Tom, ancient stream of flow/hollow of flow. It was revealed that pyrogenic gorizons have changes in the morphological structure. After pyrogenic effect we observed changes of physical and chemical properties: the increase in ash, phosphorus and potassium in the surface horizons.

Keywords: peat fen, fires, pyrogenic layer, physico-chemical properties, morphological profile, protection reserves
