Studying of kinetics of elementary processes in reagent molecular plasma is a new scientific trend which appeals to accelerate the development of new scientific branches and tech¬nologies, esp. radiolocation, cosmic communication, plasmo-chemical and gas lasers, etc. One of the most important problems of kinetics of elementery process is the usage of approximate analytic theories which describe the behaviour of parameters of the plasma, and the usage of power distribution of its components in time and space. As the exact solution of kinetic equations in most cases is im¬possible the usage of approximate theories which give analytic solutions is becoming very important.

In the article questions of improvement of quality of school and high school training in physics are considered. The analysis of pedagogical experiments at school and high school has shown, that the method of projects positively influences quality of training to physics of students and schoolboys. Intrafirm Complex Model of System of Vocational Training of the Personnel of the Enterprises with Nuclear Dangerous Manufacture // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2005. Issue 2 (46). P. 74-80

In the article intrafirm complex model of preparation of the personnel at the enterprises with nuclear dangerous manufacture which has some features connected to specificity of the nuclear industry is examined: a modern level of equipment of manufacture and high requirements to qualification of the staff. It is shown, that irrespective of internal structure, forms and methods of management intrafirm vocational training of the personnel of the enterprises of Federal agency on an atomic energy can be examined as social and economic system which can be object of research with the purpose of optimization of this system and designing of its internal structure. It is established, that the condition of researches of functioning and development of such systems allows to design today already normative model of intrafirm vocational training of the personnel of the enterprises of Federal agency on an atomic energy and on its basis to improve historically developed control system of intrafirm training, raising thus quality of a professional training for the nuclear industry.

It is impossible to reduce all reforms in the Russian education only to Болонскому to process. Russia should have the national educational politics and in parallel with participation in Болонском process forms the specific education system, proceeding from internal needs of the country and being guided on global tendencies. On the one hand, the academic bachelor is as well as possible entered in the new educational environment with sound fundamental education which after successful development of educational program of high school in a condition to combine process of vocational training and professional work. On the other hand, it is very important to develop a direction connected to realization of innovative educational programs on the basis of separate high schools

Recently at the highest state level discussion of a question on modernization of the Russian formation(education) became more active. It is supposed, that reform of formation(education) should mention all levels of an education system, starting(beginning) from preschool and finishing(stopping) послевузовским. Thus the special attention is given availability, efficiency and quality of formation(education). Public practice testifies, that any transformations including in pedagogical sphere, do not give due result if they are carried out(spent) by a trial and error method, without scientifically proved approaches. Development of such pedagogical technologies which would allow to raise(increase) quality of school physical formation(education) considerably is of interest

The tendency of decrease(reduction) was outlined in the maximum(supreme) pedagogical formation(education) аудиторной loadings on disciplines of a physical and mathematical structure. It demands development of new approaches to practice of training of students of pedagogical high school to carrying out of physical experiment. By application of traditional techniques of training this problem to solve it is impossible, therefore there was a necessity of development of new techniques of training to physical experiment which would allow to carry out within the framework of available fund of time educational activity of students in conditions of an optimum parity(ratio) of virtual and natural didactic means of training and to receive planned educational result. By the example of statement of physical experiment on research of discharge plasma it is shown, that the purpose of performance of a laboratory practical work will consist not only in purchase by students of skills of experimental studying, for example, properties of plasma and methods of its(her) diagnostics, but also in development of skills of the analysis of the received results on the basis of modern theoretical representations. The student should receive a subject lesson of application of the theory not only for an explanation, but also forecasting new (for trained) the phenomena, including plasma technologies specifying functionalities.
