PROBABILISTIC MODEL NEED FOR SPECIALIST WITH HIGH VOCATIONAL TRAININGS FOR ECONOMY OF THE TOMSK AREA // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2011. Issue 12 (114). P. 87-92

The possibility of forecasting the need is considered in the article for specialist with higher professional education depending on the level of the economic development of the area. Determination demand for specialists was conducted on basis of economic and mathematical modeling with the use of multifactor regression models.

WORLD EXPERIENCE OF PROJECTS IMPLEMENTATION IN THE FIELD OF FINANCIAL EDUCATION AND INCREASE OF FINANCIAL LITERACY OF THE POPULATION // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 5 (158). P. 35-41

The state and private initiatives directed to the increase of financial literacy of citizens are being solved in different ways in many countries. For Russia an appeal to the international experience in improving financial literacy is very topical. The greatest interest represents foreign experience of those countries in which programs on financial literacy have proved the efficiency. The information-educational products directed to the increase of financial literacy of the population, are considered on an example of the USA and Poland, having interesting approaches and methodical materials. In the USA the projects and programs directed to increase of level of financial literacy of the population, are financed basically by a private sector with support of the state and public initiatives. Financial education in the USA is based on partnership of the organisations of all patterns of ownership and all levels of the power. In Poland state financing of such programs prevails. And the Central bank of the country is their initiator. Educational programs are constructed on the private-state partnership with consolidated financing of events for financial literacy. World experience is useful to Russia from the point of view of the organizational aspects, use of various techniques and educational resources.

TARGET REFERENCE POINTS AND POSITIVE EFFECTS OF INCREASE OF FINANCIAL LITERACY LEVEL OF THE POPULATION // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 5 (158). P. 69-74

The aricle presents various approaches in understanding of financial literacy both in Russian and in world practice. Gives the essence of concept “financial literacy” in author's understanding. Financial well-being of the population in the conditions of the market is determined by the quality of management of the personal finance, thereby, forming the shape of national economy. At each stage of life cycle of the individual or a family there are concrete financial requirements. Hence, a sufficiently high level of financial literacy will help to be guided with a forthcoming choice of reality situations. Increase of level of financial literacy has a number of positive consequences for the state, business, households and economy as a whole, promoting prevention of social and economic mobility and closedness from the financial market.

TECHNOSCIENCE AND SOCIOCULTURAL DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONS OF RUSSIA // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 11 (164). P. 131-134

The article presents the analysis of the role of technoscience in social and cultural development of the regions of Russia. In the focus of research interest of the authors was a situation, which developed in Tomsk and Tomsk Region. The authors come to the conclusion that in Russia there are special social and economic circumstances. Within this framework the potential of interaction of a scientific and educational complex and production is not up to the end involved. Therefore, even in regions of Russia, rather safe from the innovative point of view, such as Tomsk region, carrying out modernization demands the solution of many fundamental problems. But to make it is rather problematic, guided by the developed stereotypes of a public behavior and communication.
