High technologies evoke considerable changes in the system of «science». Ethic standards play crucial role in competitive interactions within scientific society. The main consequences of High-Tech influence on scientific ethics are rapprochement of ideals of natural, social and human sciences, merging values and standards of science, manufacture and business. The Problem of Classification of High Technologies // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2008. Issue 1 (75). P. 34-46

The article raises a problem of classification of high technologies (Hi-Tech). To create an adequate classification of Hi-Tech it is necessary to reveal specificity of their creation and mechanisms of their influence on social-cultural systems and on a person. Complexity and multivariability of the problem is caused by polysemanticism of the concepts «technology» and «high technology». The creation of technology is proved to consist of three separate stages: technological knowledge, technological process and replication of technology products. The specific features of these stages are fixed in a spectrum of numerous definitions. The revealed stages let us to establish the informational nature of technologies. Hi-Tech causes self-organization effects of social-cultural systems that cannot be predicted. Hi-Tech are complex historic developing systems which cannot be considered without taking into account interactions with a person. During these interactions Hi-Tech turns into a self-supported network that functions according to the law of self-organization. So, to research and describe Hi-Tech processes demands for specific methods and methodology. Classification of Hi-Tech can be adequate only in case if all features of high technologies described above are taken into consideration

During the last decades relationships between a doctor and a patient changed considerably due to a number of reasons including technicalization of medicine. In the article philosophical and methodological aspects of those changes are examined. Critical analysis of autonomy concepts implemented in modern medical practice is given and in the ways of its management. The problem of setting patient’s autonomy borders is raised. The paper presents some results of the project RFBR № 10-06-00313 “Attractive Management: Methodological Principles of Managing Complex Systems’ Dynamics” and grounded in the draft statement of the problem RFH № 12-03-00198 “Bioethics as a form of Self-consciousness of Modern Culture”.

The article reveals issues related to high technology (Hi-Tech and Hi-Hume) as a miracle. This is due to: 1) inability to present a clear and popular modern scientific knowledge that underlies the high technology; 2) the influence of High Socio-Humanitarian technologies (Hi-Hume), intended for the manipulation of consciousness (advertising, PR, personnel management and knowledge management, etc.) that create distorted images of Hi-Tech; 3) declining natural science literacy and technical literacy of the population, and 4) oriented manufacturers Hi-Tech on the functional literacy of users and to increase the consumption of the convenience.

HIGH TECHNOLOGY FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF HUMAN ECOLOGY // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 11 (152). P. 199-205

This article analyzes the impact of high technology (Hi-Tech) and high socio-humanitarian technologies (Hi-Hume) on the person. The increase of humanity’s technological capabilities is accompanied by the increase of our dependence on those capabilities. High technologies (information technology, nanotechnology and biotechnology) show the fragility and vulnerability of the person in front of them as generated power. Hi-Hume are aimed at manipulating individual and mass consciousness. To these technologies the author includes some modern marketing and management technologies which accompany Hi-Tech-manufacture (advertising, PR, personnel management and knowledge management, etc.). Hi-Hume promote the growth of human dependence on technology, because they form the new needs. The man begins to be seen as a natural-technical system (in Hi-Tech) or as a socio-technical system (in Hume), and the body and mind of the man as driven technological objects. This puts the problem of ecological safety of high technologies. Assessment of environmental safety on the basis of the «precautionary principle» should be held in respect as Hi-Tech and so Hi-Hume. The difficulties of their ecological expertise revealed: the lack of scientific data, scientific and technological backwardness of experts who carry out the assessment of environmental safety of Hi-Tech, secrecy in technoscience, mythologizing of Hi-Tech and veiled actions of Hi-Hume.
