SPECIFICS OF FORMATION OF THE REGULATORY SANCTIONS SOCIAL CONTROL MECHANISMS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 6 (121). P. 90-94

In this article there is an analyses of the components and the functioning process of social control’s normativesanctional mechanism. Taking into account the character of different social control forms it is viewed a specifi city of normative-sanctional mechanism functioning of comparative individual actions. The conclusion has information about the necessity of complex discount of viewed mechanism elements.

THE «SOUND-LETTER TRAIN» METHOD AS A WAY OF ASSESSING OF LEVEL FORMATION OF ORTHOGRAPHIC AND PHONETIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS OF OPERATING THEM // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 4 (193). P. 193-197

The article deals with approaches to the definition of the essence of foreign communicative competence and its structural components. The author pays special attention to the study of language competence in the structure of the foreign communicative competence. The paper presents two components of the language competence: readiness and ability to apply linguistic knowledge (orthographic, phonetic, grammatical and lexical ones) and skills of operating this knowledge in accordance with the spheres, situations and themes of communication intended for learning at the secondary school. The author of the article developed and implemented the «Sound-letter train» evaluative method in order to determine the level formation of above-mentioned knowledge and skills. The article presents the method passport: a detailed description of an application procedure, the necessary tools for implementation, and also the introduction (instruction) for students. It demonstrates one full-text version of the method, which had been implemented in the group of students. While describing the technique, the author points out the variability of time and contingent of people on whom the method may be implemented. The author proposes the topics and ways of modifying the method for students depending on the contingent and the training level. The author comes to the conclusion that the method is a way of assessing the formation of orthographic and phonetic knowledge and skills of operating them in the context of the system-activity approach. This method takes into account the requirements of the federal state educational standard for the growing role of the students’ independence while detecting themselves knowledge gaps, expression by them of self-regulation and self-esteem.

The bachelor’s training curriculum formation according to the Higher Pedagogical Education Core requirements // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2024. Issue 2 (232). P. 25-33

Introduction. The article analyzes the positive and negative changes that the system of the higher pedagogical education in Russia has accumulated since joining the Bologna Process. The author lists the main problems faced by the higher education system in connection with the adoption of the European Higher Education Area norms of legislative regulation. The article shows the need of taking into account the methodological recommendations for the future teachers training in pedagogical bachelor’s programs based on unified approaches to their structure and content. The author describes the requirements’ content characteristics of the Higher Pedagogical Education Core while formation of training curriculum creating at the two-profile pedagogical bachelor’s degree level. Aim and objectives. The purpose of the study is to develop and present a sample of training curriculum program for the «Foreign Language» discipline for the first and second year students of a two-profile pedagogical bachelor’s degree according to the requirements of the Higher Pedagogical Education Core. Material and methods. The educational program is compiled on the basis of unified approaches proposed by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation to its structure and content. The training curriculum program consists of basic lexical and grammar topics that are correlated with the given assessment tools. For each theme, the author suggests aspects for discussion, as well as typical situations for oral and written speech communication. Results and discussion: the given training curriculum program can be used while teaching bachelor students (with two training profiles) at all pedagogical universities in Russia, as it fully complies with the requirements of the Core of higher pedagogical education. It can be supplemented and expanded by the credits increase within the limits of the allowed universities academic freedom.
