LEGAL SECURITY FOR INFORMATION PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY OF MINORS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 6 (121). P. 215-220

In the article the problem of legal security for information psychological safety of children is analyzed. The problem is considered in the context of adoption the federal statute “About Protection of Children against the Information Harming their Health and Development” from 29.12.2010, entering in validity since the fi rst of September 2012. The psychologicolegal substantiation of the destructive information is introduced. Finally, the author gives the offers on protection of the current legislation in the fi eld of the legal responsibility for distribution of the destructive information production.

The article deals with the theoretical questions of the individual mechanism of criminal behavior within the frame of the interdisciplinary approach in philosophy, psychology, sociology and criminology. These questions are considered through the prism of addiction defining the perception and evaluation of specific life situations as a problem (conflict) and actualizing the harm as a way of overcoming it. In the context of addiction the postulate of crime is substantiated as a result of interference of personality characteristics on the one hand and the impact of specific situations on the other hand.

The article deals with the theoretical questions of the individual mechanism of criminal behavior within the frame of the interdisciplinary approach in philosophy, ethics, sociology and criminology. These questions are considered through the prism of morality that holds the individual from harm in a problem situation. In the context of morality the postulate of preclusive function of morality, is formed the individual immunity from harm by criminal means as a result of understanding and a sense of the value of the common good. This article is a logical continuation of the publication on this topic.

FORMATION OF MORAL PSYCHOLOGICAL READINESS FOR LEGAL ACTIVITIES // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 12 (177). P. 48-51

The training nature of the educational process determines the significance of the problem of formation of moral psychological readiness of the future lawyers as an important component of their professional activity. However, this task is often formal declarative, helped by the uncertainty of the concept of moral psychological readiness for the profession. As a rule, this concept is complicated and washed away due to the inclusion of a large number of psychological and ethical categories which are not always interconnected and coordinated. The authors of this article believe that the moral psychological readiness for legal activity as the whole phenomenon is reflected in the leading motives of the personality of the future lawyer. Scientific novelty is in different types of readiness and non-readiness for legal activities.
