The Peculiarities of Integrated Industrial – Bank Structures in Russian Transition Economy Formation // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2006. Issue 12 (63). P. 116-119

The article presents the analysis of the role of industrial-bank capital in different stages of development of integrated structures. The advantages of industrial – bank unification are marked: enlarging size of capital, widening of profit earning possibilities, reduction and division of market risks, creation of the conditions for productive investment activity. Industrial-bank unifications appear to be the link, which is able to create high structured capital which provides the conditions for economic growth.
