Stylistic Identification of the Concept “Mood” in the English Language // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2007. Issue 4 (67). P. 10-13

The article is devoted to the problem of the linguistic representation of the concept “mood” in the English language. The author chose stylistic means that express two micro-concepts “good mood” and “bad mood”. There is a detailed analysis of stylistic means that directly characterise people’s mood and the way they can represent it in speech. The material gives a wide variety of linguistic means that demonstrate bad mood more frequently than good mood.
