| 1 | An adverse ecological hygienic situation in Tomsk region is reflected in the dynamics of the incidence and disability indicators within 1991-2003 years. The common disease incidence is increased by 31,8 %. The number of people with a chronic pathology is increased by 54,2 %. The medical examination in 2002 revealed that 60,3 % of children at the age of 0 – 18 years have deviations in the state of health. An increase in the number of consumptive children by 30 % causes a particular alarm. In early 2004, 53 371 invalids were registered in the region. Among them, 62,3 % of townsmen and 37,7 % of villagers. An increase in the number of invalids of 1 and 2 groups is indicative of the worsening of the population health. The main reason of the disability is the group “systemic disease”. The cardiovascular diseases take first place, cancer diseases take second place, trauma and poisoning consequences take third place, diseases of bones and muscles take fourth place, and tuberculosis takes fifth place. The level of the children disability is increased by 24,6 %. The congenital anomalies take first place in the city, whereas the children mental disorders are in the lead in the village. | 1734 | ||||
| 2 | Innovative approaches in teaching high school students to provide the first aid are considered in the article. The proposed approaches involve complex application of different methods, techniques, and training tools in the teaching process. The students also obtain theoretical knowledge and practical skills that they master themselves after the teacher demonstrations using an algorithm recorded by teacher on audio media. Innovative approaches allow one to create a new educational technology that enhances learning of high school students to provide the first aid in emergency situations. | 3 | The complex of volunteers’ training for the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Sochi in Tomsk training center of Tomsk Polytechnic University the module of first aid is included. This is connected with the fact that when there is such a big event so there are a number of potential threats to health and life as athletes so spectators, service staff, volunteers and local residents. In Tomsk State Pedagogical University the training technique has been developed. This method includes theoretical knowledge and practical skills. As a result of volunteers’ training their knowledge and skills in first aid in emergencies were improved. | 4 | An experience of the development and introduction into practice of new techniques of medical exercise therapy for children with infantile cerebral palsy is shown in the article. A complex of exercises is performed in a special costume “Aerokombinezon”. For the first time, a technique of exercises in a neuroorthopedical costume “Ippo” is developed for hippotherapy. The data of empirical study reflecting the results of correction of the movement disorders of children with spastic form of infantile cerebral palsy are presented. | 5 | The article presents the ways of organizing of common sport practice with the students of the university. It shows characteristic methodical properties of organizing the work with students of non athletic departments of the university with the help of sport improving football groups. The article shows the results of empiric original research proving positive influence of football as a kind of sport in terms of common sport practice of the university students and forming healthy life style among the students of the latter group. | 6 | The article discusses the features of holding the all-Russian athletics competitions and determination of the level of sportsmenship among the persons with locomotor system diseases. Marked insufficient total number of participants, the predominance of men over women, boys against girls, the number of participants of the championship over the participants of the championship of Russia. Many champions and winners of the championship and the primacy of Russia show mediocre results. There is no competition in many athletic disciplines. Only 12 % of the finals was not less than 6 members, which is a necessary requirement for assignment of the sports discharges in case of their implementation. For a significant number of medals there were no contenders. Many potential participants were unable to reach these competitions because of problems with financing. It is especially difficult to reach Cheboksary for the participants from remote regions of the Russian Federation. On the basis of analysis and generalization of the data the authors revealed the necessity of improving the normative-legal base, regulating the participation of persons with persons with locomotor system disease at all-Russian and regional competitions in athletics. | 7 | The article deals with the possibility of optimization of physical activity for hypertensive patients in a hospital during therapeutic physical training using electromagnetic radiation in the optical range. For this purpose was applied radiation with a wavelength of 420–480 nm (blue light) before a class of medical physical culture, which helped to harmonize interconnection, to reduce the risk of pathological reactions to greater physical activity.
