To the Question of Analysis of the Services Continuum in Logistic Systems // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2007. Issue 9 (72). P. 76-77

The article analyzes the services continuum in logistic systems. It shows that the priority of the logistics of the latest years is the services continuum management. However, in spite of the service importance, the efficient ways of its quality estimation are still not found. It can be explained by a number of service peculiarities. The authors of the article offer the mathematic model, which describes the process of services continuum formation

POSITIONING OF LOGISTIC ANALYSIS IN MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2011. Issue 12 (114). P. 166-172

In the article we determine the contents, place and role of logistic analysis in the system of economic and management analysis. On the ground of integration connections of logistic analysis with the basic kinds of management analysis on the enterprise, we show the pre-conditions for fulfilling the integration function by logistic analysis. These pre-conditions come out from analysis of decomposition of the enterprise as a complex economic system.

THE ANALYSIS OF STRUCTURE OF CUMULATIVE COSTS WHILE FORMING THE PRODUCTION LINE OF INNOVATIONS IN LOGISTIC (ECONOMIC) SYSTEMS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 12 (127). P. 133-140

In the article we make the detailed analysis of processes of transforming the innovatory information and forming the production line of innovations in macroeconomic systems. We worked out mathematical expressions, describing these processes. Analyzing those, we can define the structure of cumulative costs and also classify the sources of their occurrence. It gives us the opportunity to optimize the costs in order to minimize them.

TRENDS OF DIFFERENTIATION AND INTEGRATION PROCESS IN THE MODERN ECONOMIC ANALYSIS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2013. Issue 12 (140). P. 18-25

The article raises questions of content and methodological foundations of economic analysis; it considers different points of view of scientists on this issue. An own view of information support the transition to innovative development of Russia with the help of system analysis in business economy and the external environment, which includes elements of economic research analysis.

LOGISTIC ANALYSIS OF THE QUALITY FORMATION PROCESS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2013. Issue 12 (140). P. 107-115

In the article we do the analysis of the quality management system. We show that the quality level is determined by managing actions upon the quality formation process. Besides, the continuum of the actions has quite a complicated structure. We work out the mathematical expressions that give the opportunity to describe these processes, to define the cumulative expenses structure when forming the managing actions, and also to classify the sources of their occurrence. The analysis of the sources of costs gives the opportunity to optimize the expenses in order to minimize them.

ANALYSIS OF THE STRUCTURE OF THE CUMULATIVE EXPENSES IN FORMING THE CASH FLOW OF THE COMMERCIAL BANK // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 8 (149). P. 141-146

An important instrument of the increase of bank activity efficiency is its logistization. In the article we suggest the logistic model, where a bank is considered as a micro-logistic system and bank activity is considered as a set of different flows of useful resources (a material flow (vec_M); a financial flow (vec_F); an informational flow (vec_I); an energetic flow (vec_E); a flow of transport vehicles (vec_T); a manpower flow (vec_W); a service flow (vec_U); a flow of innovations (vec_N)), which interact, influence each other, depend upon the present market conditions and evolve, corresponding to the changes of inner and outer conditions. In the article, we do the research of these flows’ structure, using the logistical approach. In the research we represent a flow as a certain function, having two components: the scalar one (P0 – a concrete kind of useful resources) and the vector one (vec_P0 (t, z) – the orientation of the flow in space and time). Thus, a flow is: vec_P = P0*vec_P0 (t, z) v r . A special attention is paid to the financial flow, its structure and process of forming. We represent, that the necessary condition of forming any kind of a flow is presence of other flows. Then, in order to provide a normal functioning of the cash flow in a bank we need the following vector components, which could assure its forming and circulation: financial, informational, energetic, manpower (personnel), innovational and service components. The mathematical expressions are worked out to describe this process and to give us the opportunity to define the source of costs and to optimize the cumulative expenses in order to minimize them.

EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION AS A LOGISTIC SYSTEM // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 5 (158). P. 17-22

The article deals with the analysis of the processes in the educational institution from the logistic point of view. We show, that almost any educational institution conforms to the requirements and can function as a logistic system. Naturally, the problem of optimization of all processes in the educational institution occurs. An important instrument of the problem’s solution is logistization of educational activity. The basis of educational activity is a high potential of increasing its efficiency by means of implementation of scientific methods of regulating the various flows, which occur not only in the educational institution structure, but also in interacting of the educational institution and its external environment (labor market). Logistization of educational activity is a process of consequential implementation of devices, methods and techniques of logistic science. At the same time, educational activity logistization can be considered as a complex technological and management innovation and its implementation into real practice of educational istitutions should be considered as a necessary factor. We analyze the principles, paradigms and requirements, related to forming the educational institution as a logistic system: integration of departments into a united logistic system, orderliness and clarity (transparency) of logistic systems and so on. We reveal the difficulties of forming this system. They are caused by the specificity of “production” of the educational logistic system. That is why the approaches, traditionally applied to the sphere of material production, may be not effective in this case.

LOGISTIZATUON OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 5 (158). P. 27-34

An important instrument of the increase of educational activity is its logistization. In the article we offer a logistic model, where an educational institution is considered as a micro-logistic system, and educational activity – as a set of various flows of useful resources, which interact, influence each other, depend upon the current market conditions and evolve, corresponding to the change of inner and outer conditions. Using the logistic approach, we bring out the research of structure of the basic element of the system – the flow of human resources. The flow is represented as a certain function, having two components: scalar W0– the concrete appearance of useful resources and vector 0 W (t,z) – the orientation of the flow in space (z) and time (t). Thus, the flow is W =W0 ⋅W0(t,z). The special attention is paid to the process of forming the human resources flow and to its providing components. We show that in an educational establishment the educational activity results the conversion of the input flow of human resources (claimers for getting some educational services) into the output flow (specialists of various levels). Besides, for stable functioning of the conversion process the educational establishment requires the following vector components: material, financial, informational, of power (energetic), of manpower (personnel) and of service. We work out the mathematical expressions, describing this process. They give us the opportunity to define the sources of expenses and to optimize the total costs in order to minimize them.
