The morden social situation requires the revision of all existed approaches to upbringing. Having in mind that education and upbringing are closely connected it Is necessary to reveal the social position and suggest mechanisms of interinstitutional interaction. A failure of ideological approaches to upbringing shous the necessity of wide discussion on world outlook approach and working out of national doctrine of upbringing.
