The problems of rationality in the economic theory: past and present
The article is devoted to the problem of rationality as one of theoretical instruments of studying customer behavior, company behavior, resource owners, from classical economics to modern developments. A. Smith's hypothesis of the economic man and the concept of rational behavior and rational expectations in the post-classical economic science are presented.
