Theoretical and Methodological Principles of Calling for Projecting of Higher Education
The key philosophical and methodological problem of the strategy of education is disclosed in the article. The transformation of social institutions having an innovative character makes critical the problem of connection of their functioning and development that is represented in relation to higher professional education. As one of the prior objectives of the comprehensive system of education the author distinguishes and presents elaboration of conceptual models of education and research activities, their scientific-methodical provision, construction of systematic model of education including elements and components of analyzed and modeled system on its various levels.
