THE CREATION OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT AS A SOCIAL AND PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM
The article analyzes the conditions for the provision of affordable education for children with special educational needs. The article deals with the problem of the genesis and development of special education in Russia, its status at the present stage of the development of pedagogy of our country.
