PREVENTION OF PROFESSIONAL BURNING OUT OF TEACHERS AT ORPHANAGES
The main kind of activity deals with the prevention of professional burning out of the teachers who work in orphanage are presented in the article. They are the ability to project own further pedagogical development; using of ways of personal self-expression and self-development and means of opposition of professional deformation of the personality; the increase of professional competence.
