THE MEANS OF EXPRESSING THE MENTAL COMPONENT IN THE DEFICIENCY CATEGORY (DATA OF ENGLISH)
The article deals with the deficiency category as an important constituent of the deviation category, its structure and the means of expressing the mental component as one of the parts of the given category.
