THE GOAL AS THE MAIN FACTOR INFLUENCING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION
The article presents the author's view of the goal as an important factor of the higher education quality, which reflects the tendencies of development of educational needs of the individual, society and state. The goal defines the development strategy of educational institutions in the future years, as well as it is directed on achievement of personal, meta-subject and object education results.
