EFFICIENCY OF THE LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE AS REHABILITATION MEANS IN SKIING
Efficiency of the lymphatic drainage massage of the lower limbs in comparison with a classical massage is studied in the article. A greater reduction effect of a lymphatic drainage massage in a pre-contest period of skiers is revealed.
