RRIGIDITY OF LABOR MARKET AS AN INDICATOR OF INSTITUTIONS FOR INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY MODEL OF AREAS

Information About Author:

The article is devoted to the analysis of the development of the labour market and the degree of openness of the region economy, which is based on the methodological approach of typology of institutional structure according to the level of rigidity. The factors of transformation of the structure of the labor market and the innovation and technology model of the regions are considered. These factors are: development of innovations and new technologies in business, introduction of social partnership models, combination of the processes of globalization and regionalization. Model of social partnership between the employee and employer in the high-tech sector of the economy will provide increased competitiveness of companies by implementing formed concept of human resource management.
