A survey of experts (teachers and students of military higher institution) showed that a teacher of technical disciplines needs to have a certain combination of professionally significant qualities and properties, and, first of all, such as empathy, reflexivity, communicativeness, social perceptiveness, abstract thinking, spatial imagination.
