FEATURES OF ORGANIZATION OF PROFESSIONAL PROBATION WHEN TRAINING SOCIAL PEDAGOGUES IN HIGHER SCHOOL

Information About Author:

The article contains analytical materials reflecting the current state of training social pedagogues. By the use of the theoretical analysis’ method and analysis of high school educational experience the role of professional probations in the time of training of socio-pedagogical staff is provided. This article presents the possibilities of professional probation as a means of professional training of future social pedagogues to perform professional duties in accordance with modern standards, samples and standards of educational activities. The author gives characteristic of features of the organization of professional probations during bachelor training in social pedagogy in accordance with modern trends of modernization of teacher education, career-oriented and acme-oriented tasks.
