DOI: 10.23951/1609-624X-2026-4-96-104
The problem of research attention to the formation of the content of professional (including pedagogical) education is supported by active processes of change within the spheres of professional activity, which imposes a certain new set of requirements for ensuring such professional training that would allow a professional to feel fully responsible and competent at the start of their professional career. In current practice, teachers are required to meet a wide range of requirements, including subject-specific competence in their field of study, as well as psychological and pedagogical competence, including proficiency in modern pedagogical and information technologies, knowledge of related subject areas and knowledge domains that ensure meta-subjectivity in the learning process, as well as social and professional mobility and the ability to grow and improve professionally. The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical basis for the phenomenon of "professional and pedagogical culture of a future teacher" in the humanitarian aspect, and to identify and describe its significant structural components. The scientific novelty and relevance of the study lie in the identification of a theoretical understanding of the process of forming the professional and pedagogical culture of a future teacher in conjunction with the practice of university training in the humanitarian aspect. The theoretical significance of the study is determined by the analysis and description of the structural components of the phenomenon of "professional and pedagogical culture of a future teacher," based on the analysis of scientific sources and current educational practices. The research materials included scientific and methodological studies by Russian scientists in the field of teacher professional culture research, which allowed for a phenomenological analysis and presentation and description of the components of the future teacher's professional and pedagogical culture. The main research methods were theoretical analysis of psychological, pedagogical, and methodological literature, analysis of educational programs, and pedagogical observation. Within the framework of the study, the phenomenon of "teacher's professional and pedagogical culture" is considered as a system of interconnected components (epistemological, humanistic, communicative, methodological, regulatory, and information and technological), and the content of professional training is viewed as a component of the holistic pedagogical process that organically includes the interconnected subject content, value orientations, and social norms. This approach has led to a significant focus on changing the forms and methods of professional training. The phenomenon of the professional and pedagogical culture of a future teacher can be considered as a multifaceted personal manifestation through a set of competency indicators that include not only personal abilities and qualities, but also unite a wide range of professionally oriented elements into a single indivisible whole.
