The selective CB1 and CB2 receptor agonist HU-210 (0.1 mg/kg) also induced a negative chronotropic effect in rats. Pretreatment with the CB1 receptor antagonist SR141716A (1 mg/kg) completely abolished this effect of HU-210. The CB2 receptor antagonist SR144528 (1 mg/kg) had no effect on the HU-210-induced bradycardia. Pretreatment with the ganglion blocker hexamethonium (10 mg/kg) also did not eliminate a negative chronotropic effect of HU-210 and ACPA. A 10-min perfusion of isolated rat heart by Krebs-Heseleit solution containing HU-210 in a final concentration 100 nM/L induced a decrease in the heart rate. 1257 | The paper presents experimental data on the methane emissions from West Siberian middle taiga oligotrophic hollows. Studied fluxes vary considerably from –0.08 to 58 mgС·m–2·h–1 (median is 2.76 mgС·m–2·h–1). Received data are consolidated in the scope of «standard model» Bc8 conception of methane emission. The model contains medians of CH4 flux distributions on seven different microlandscape types depending on their area and duration of methane emission in the respective zones. The total flux from the middle taiga oligotrophic hollows is 0.37 TgC or approximately 70 % of CH4 total flux from middle taiga mires. Version Bc8 of this model estimates the value of yearly CH4 emission from mires of whole Western Siberia as 2.93 TgC·yr–1 that accounts for around 2.4 % of the total mire methane emission. 1263 | Introduction. The hagiographic tradition is explored in “The Life of the Great Sinner” and in the novel “The Brothers Karamazov” by F. M. Dostoevsky. Materials and research methods. The material of the study are the artistic, journalistic and documentary texts of F. M. Dostoevsky. The work uses the cultural-historical, comparative, structural, typological, biographical methods, as well as the method of conceptual analysis. Results and discussion. The focus of researchers is on the implementation of life traditions in the works under study at the level of the structure and ideological plans of the works, for example, the life orientation of the narrator, the system of characters. All available research trajectories are usually directed to work inside artistic texts and demonstrate a receptive literary review of the stated problems, or have an interpretation of Christian motifs and images. Conclusion. A holistic study of hagiographic tradition in the work of F. M. Dostoevsky on the material of the novel “The Brothers Karamazov” and “The Life of the Great Sinner” can be implemented by applying a set of approaches to the study: historical, cultural, biographical. It is also necessary to use the axiological approach in the analysis of the literary texts of the writer, in journalism, ego-documents of Dostoevsky himself, and his close circle. An appropriate structure of the materials under study should be built with the rationale for their involvement. In this direction, the study of the author’s ideology, understanding of the author’s worldview and features of his consciousness, as well as the study of the environment of historical reality and its influence on the writer, which will bring new insights into the problem of studying hagiographic tradition in literary analysis. 1267 | This article considers the problem of various conflicts, arising out of contradictions, having various psychological origins. The author distinguishes three main groups of such conflicts: the intrapersonal, interpersonal and intergroup ones. Two main strategies applied in the process of conflict solution are analyzed: «the evening-out strategy* and «the provocation strategy ». Both cannot be recognized as flexible enough and universal, since, as з rule, they are based on certain social and psychological prejudices and stereotypes. The obtained data show that in the examined sample group the ideology of masculinity is presented by more traditional, typical and rigid notions, while the characteristic of femininity differs much, being more polyhedral, differentiated and dynamic. Probably, changes in the feminine gender stereotype agree with the dynamics of the social and economic changes in Russia more than changes in the masculine one. 1298 | The concept of “the social potential of the youth” is seen as a set of interrelated characteristics, reflecting its personal creative social resources that this social group and each individual strives to develop and realize in social practice to translate it in humanistic values and ideals. The social potential of the youth includes the willingness of young people to fulfill social roles and functions, the social and cultural experience of social groups and of each individual, his social competence, the need and readiness for self-realization in social practice, initiative, responsibility, citizenship, moral ideals and values, social subjectivity. Formation of social potential is a function of the institutions of training and education as social entities, as subjects of state-legal construction; it is based on socio-cultural traditions of education, taking into account the social and cultural environment as necessary ethical, moral and spiritual principles, on the involvement of children and young people into social practice; on social control as an integral socialization of the individual. Education is carried out in concrete historical conditions as a result of the existing social relations and ways of life of the society. The main criterion for its implementation and realization is the degree of correspondence of the qualities and properties of a person to life requirements. On the one hand the development of the potential of young people involves the creation of favorable conditions for the development of young people’s capabilities, improving the living conditions and the quality of the social environment, on the other hand – the increase of competitiveness of the potential of the youth throuth development of social sectors of economy. The tool that can solve the problem of the formation of the social potential of the youth is the social pedagogy. 1299 | The article touches upon the problem of verbal representation of “civilization/barbarism” dichotomy in political discourse. The research aims at exploring conceptual metaphors and metonymies verbalizing the concepts which model the development of civilizations of Great Britain and the USA during the period of the First and the Second world wars. The research is based on P. Buchanan’s “Churchill, Hitler, and the Unnecessary War”. The methods employed include component, definition and conceptual types of analysis, metaphor modelling and critical discourse analysis. Complex analysis consisting of metaphor modelling, conceptual, definition and component types of analysis presents the following results: metaphor models (Civilization as Personality, Civilization as Expansivity, Civilization as Self-control, Barbarism as Degradation) verbalize the concepts of “civilization” and “barbarism” in a certain cultural-historic context. The identification of concomitant metaphors and metonymies (Great Britain as Cow, Great Britain as Great Lady, Great Britain as Debtor, Great Britain as Slattern the USA as Sheriff, Dresden etc.) verifies the data obtained. Moreover, the investigation explores the role of metonymy Great Britain is the USA as motivator for dynamic processes in discourse. The method of critical discourse analysis which considers discourse as a phenomenon constituting social practice establishes connections between discursive practice and historic events. 1300 | Today’s school objectives to teach students to learn suppose developing of internal motivation among students. The priority motives of students of juvenile age are as follows: interest in the new; aspiration to fulfill one’s potential; necessity to understand the training material; significance of the studied material for improvement of personal experience. The content of mathematics education plays an important role in the search for the means of internal motivation of training activity. At the same time not only training skills but also ways of cognitive activity should act as the content of education. The unit of the content of education is a teaching text. It is the teaching text that can initiate active motivated intellectual activity of students. But not every teaching text can act as the factor of motivation of training activity. It should be a teaching text based on a psychodactical approach which would allow to identify the types of teaching texts that create the conditions for motivating training activities at its different stages. The study showed that the texts for students of grades 5 to 9, aimed at enriching the various forms of students’ mental experience (cognitive, conceptual, metacognitive, emotional-evaluative), make it possible to motivate students’ training activities at different stages. For example, such types of texts as «text as an encoding of information», «text as motivation», «text as an assessment and choice of features of the concept», «text as establishing links between concepts», «text as a programme», «text as means of self-monitoring», «text as a choice of mode of operation», «text as a choice of cognitive position», etc. guide students in their cognitive activities at the current stage of the development of school mathematical education.
