The activity of peptidyl-dipeptidazy A in the brain of rats following single fold action piracetam, рhenotropil, noopept after 0.5 hours, 4 hours, 24 hours, 72 ca-meat after injection. In terms of short-term mode of administration used nootropics general trends identified changes in the activity peptidyl-dipeptidazy A: the highest activity was observed in the pituitary gland at 72 hours after injection рhenotropil and the striatum 4 hours after injection of piracetam and noopept. Marker-tion measurable activity of the enzyme studied in rats after a single dose pre-nootropic preparations in the dynamics of observation can serve as one of the key biochemical characterized-tics possible neurochemical mechanism of action.

Since the ancient times health has played a key role in human life and is the basic need. Keen scientific interest in the health problem is easily explained, because the task of modern medicine is the development of new effective methods of preservation people’s health and continuation of the human race in general. The object of the study of the article is the French medical discourse and the subject of the study is its speech genres. The French medical discourse is one of the institutional discourse types, which is a complex, multi-composition formation, interaction of advertising, medical academic, legislative (legal) discourse in the sphere of medicine, scientific and proper medical discourse. The leading role in the above group belongs to the medical discourse in the sphere of professional communication. The typical features of the medical discourse are professionalism, sacredness (the oath of Hippocrates), special ethics and conduct standards, a system of sacral signs (medical attributes), scientific character, accuracy, brevity, clarity, specific forms of communication between doctors, deontological orientation, tolerance, persuasiveness, linguotherapeutic orientation (orientation to “word treatment”) and the speech full of special medical terms. The complex discursive nature of the French medical discourse has generated a variety of genre forms.

The paper reviews the projects on studies of the Ob-Yenissei language area in Tomsk State Pedagogical University. The problem of the research project “Typology of Simple Sentence in the Languages of the Ob-Yenisei area: Information and Argument Structure” sponsored by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR) has been described in detail: a review of literature on structural and communicative syntax has been made, also the degree of the project topic study in the languages under investigation has been analyzed. The languages of the project do not give a detailed description of the subject-matter. The Praat linguistic program, which allows to divide the sound stream, will be used to the results of the study. The result is to form an understanding of the typological picture of the Ob-Yenisei language area with respect to the word order and communicative structure of the sentence. The article is finished with a brief review of prospective directions of the researches which are to be fulfilled on the materials of underdescribed and highly endangered languages. The indigenous population of Siberia has faced difficulties in describing the language picture of the world on the material and spiritual culture of ethnic minorities. The Ob-Yenisei language area has not been described on individual grammatical categories in the functional and typological perspective, and the problem with the lexical typology, and syntax, does not contain an investigation in the areal aspect. Pre-revolutionary Russian liberal press gives an idea of the compromise (which would consider the interests of the bourgeoisie as well as the workers) in solving the labor issue. Unfortunately, the social development of Siberia in Imperial times could not possibly yield such changes.

The article deals with the peculiarities of expressing the category of ‘measure’ in Modern English, which possesses a large gamut of various measures and classifiers, e. g. container measures, group classifiers, mensural classifiers, etc. To gain a better insight into the systemic peculiarities of the conceptual category of ‘measure’ the revealed linguistic means have been gathered into certain groups, which form the structure of the functional-semantic field representing the category under discussion. The core of the field is formed by the terms of the metric system of measurements and the traditional units of measure used in English-speaking countries. Of special interest are evaluative (inaccurate and/ or unspecified) measures, representing the peripheral zones of the above-mentioned category.

The genre specificity and poetics of George Sand’s monumental autobiography has never been in the focus of Russian scholarly attention. This paper focuses on the history of creation and publication of the work (1847–1855). The author describes the poetics of the French writer’s narrative, employing oratory techniques and amplification, which greatly contributes to its perception. A particular attention is paid to the specificity of female memoirs, which consistently describes the development of the main character in childhood, adolescence, youth and maturity. The paper analyses the original composition of the narrative, in which almost a quarter is devoted to ancestors and parents, with whom George Sand’s character is genetically connected. On the one hand, the heroine of the memoirs is a representative of her generation, with whom she is connected by ties of solidarity. On the other hand, she is a child of the revolutionary era, when a marriage between an aristocrat and a commoner could take place. The author studies the history of the inner life, the “life of the soul” of the main character, which consists in the process of looking for the truth in all spheres of life: true friendship, love, religious and political ideas, moral and aesthetic values, and the meaning of life in general. Finally, the heroine finds her “self” in her literary work.

The chosen story is representative for early creativity of the writer; the analysis of a key image of the given product gives the fullest representation about author’s outlook of this period.
