The results of the analytical work on revealing of the necessity of development of the labour supervision practice during temporary employment of underage children as an urgent direction of scientific and pedagogical research are presented. The paper discloses normative and legal aspects of arrangement of temporary employment of underage children at regional and municipal levels. The materials of the theoretical analysis of labour supervision as sociopedagogical phenomenon are adduced. The paper suggests grounded and elaborated by the authors approaches for designing survey materials (interviewing and questionnaire poll), providing the opportunity for the considered practice as an urgent direction of applied scientific and pedagogical research. The authors’ diagnostic materials including the examples of their fragments are presented. The paper provides guidance for target and organizing guidelines for conducting scientific-pedagogical research connected with the development of practice of student youth labour supervision in relation to underage children in the system of students building parties. The data of the empirical survey of the employees of the Center for Employment of Population and local self-government bodies of Tomsk and Tomsk district and local authorities specialists on revealing the problems of temporary employment of the underage children are given. Urgent scientific and pedagogical issues in the sphere of development of student youth labour supervision in relation to underage children in the process of their temporary employment by means of involvement in students building parties labor activity are identified.

This article is a brief analysis of the activity-oriented approach applied to the teaching of a foreign language. In recent years this approach has become increasingly popular in the context of discussions on the formation of public policies in the field of education. Based on the analysis of methodological literature, the concept, structure, principles and advantages of this approach in teaching a professional foreign language are defined. A characteristic feature of this approach is the fact that personal, meta-subject and subject results are achieved by involving students in educational, cognitive, practical and problematic activities aimed at developing and evaluating skills of foreign language self-acquisition, transfer and integration. The article provides examples of the practical application of the methods of this approach in foreign language classes thus facilitating the solution of the problems of narrow didactics in the educational process. The use of this approach in teaching practice allows to demonstrate the students the foreign language potential as an opportunity to expand their linguistic and sociocultural competence. This approach makes it possible to show the possibility of using a professional language in the field of a particular specialty; promotes development along with the linguistic competence in the course of classes in a professionally oriented foreign language, as well as the improvement of social and professional skills.

Mathematics is a universal language and can be used for studying the phenomena of different nature at different stages of learning. These contribute to the manifestation of all positive moments of learning, and also provides continuity of education. In the framework of unified methods of solving problems in secondary and higher school, with an appropriate choice of the mathematical apparatus are demonstrated steps of solving problems for the vector quantity and corresponding to them elements of knowledge and skills. In this case two approaches are highlighted: 1. constructing a vector diagram, followed by its solution; 2. projection of vector equations on the coordinate axes, followed by its solution.

The focus of the article is on the question of the discourse picture of the world of modern radio (radio station “Echo of Moscow”). The paper considers the ideological level of its axiological modeling, which is understood as a system of communicative norms, genre and theme making, and axiological attitudes within the boundaries of discourse. Meta-logical units reflected in the system of meta-linguistic and meta-discursive speech acts of journalists (hosts of analytical programs) are described as an implicit form of discourse ideology. The analysis revealed distinguishing features of the discursive communicative model of analytical segment of the radio: the synchronization of the author’s and the addressee`s positions is achieved through the communicative attitude of personal presentation of information (social issues). The discourse picture of the world is created at the intersection of external ideology of mass media discourse and internal, axiological positions of discourse agents – journalists, radio presenters. As a result, the picture of the world is reflected in a unique communicative and speech model of discourse manifested in the effects of both institutional and personal impact on the recipient.

Ershova Tatyana Vladimirovna SPATIAL INHOMOGENEITY OF THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY AND EARTH’S CRAVITY FIELD ANOMALIES // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 11 (164). P. 169-173

The article presents the analysis of recent data on the global distribution of thunderstorm activity obtained from satellites and ground-based lightning detection systems, as well as the World’s Meteorological stations network. Gravity anomalies are considered as additional reasons for the spatial distribution of thunderstorm activity over the Globe. Analyzes maps of lightning discharges density, and maps of Earth’s gravity field anomalies obtained by NASA satellites. It is shown that the vast global centers of thunderstorm activity in central Africa and South America are associated with areas of slight negative gravity anomalies. An exception is the world thunderstorm outbreak in the region of Indonesia and the Philippines, which is located above the intense positive gravity anomaly. Regional analysis in Central Europe showed the presence of thunderstorm cells over the negative gravity anomalies.

The article considers some questions of esthetics of Wallace Stevens, one of the leading American poetsmodernists of the XX century, whose work remains almost not studied by the Russian literary criticism. Russianspeaking reception of his work appears in some works of G. Kruzhkov. A. Genis today talks about the specifics of his poetry, the difficulties of translation, etc. Among other things, G. Kruzhkov is the author of a number of Russian translations of poems by Stevens. The identified reference points are there in the aesthetic program of the author, among which the particular importance is attached to understanding art and the determination of the place of the poet and poetry in the modern world. The origins of his creative method are based on the works of Russian researchers of the Steven’s poetry. This method synthesizes the searches of European poetry of the XIX–XX centuries. Conclusions are made about the complexity of the aesthetic concept of the American author, as well as about its value and relevance for contemporary art and science. The aim of this article is to clarify the question about the status of the Russian-speaking reception of the creative heritage of William Stevens, who played a very prominent role in the literary life of the United States in the first half of the twentieth century and to contribute a better understanding of the literary and cultural process which takes place in the United States of America, as well as deeper penetration into the specifics of Stevens’ work.

The problems of teaching modern schoolchildren in the conditions of introduction of a new state standard and the problems of the training of a modern teacher of Physics, which have arisen in connection with this, are pointed out. Currently, as indicated in many documents on higher education, in the country’s development program, there is a shortage of engineering personnel. This is due to the insufficient number of entrants for technical specialties and their weak motivation for training at university. These problems occur at school. These problems can only be solved by a teacher. In order to s olve this problem the author proposes a model of advanced training of bachelors of pedagogical education in Physics. For special training of bachelors a learning model is built that is implemented on the objects of a method ical orientation and based on considerable independent work of students under the guidance of a teacher. Preparation of students for the activation of Physics teaching and orientation of students for technical education is built in stages, with the distribution of study assignments for the fourth and fifth years of study. Students independently stu dy the literature recommended by the teacher, work together to develop materials for teaching students. This article presents samples of the developed materials for students in grades 7–9. All work with students is built on the basis of selected principles that theoretically justify the construction of the model training. The results of the pedagogical experiment are presented.

The article deals with the analysis of effectiveness of innovative forms used in the modern system of education and upbringing. It considers the problem of using the information technologies, one of which is the virtual museum, in the process of military education. Patriotic upbringing is defined as one of the priority directions of the teaching process development at the military educational establishments. Consequently, the contents of the patriotism concept have been revealed. Museum pedagogy, which combines new forms of cognitive, communicative activity and patriotic upbringing, provides almost unlimited potential of educational influence on human mind. The opportunities of the virtual museum are regarded as an effective way of expanding the range of upbringing methods and may widely be used as a way of patriot upbringing of future naval officers in the cadet colleges. The paper is aimed at the analysis of the technical peculiarities of creating displays and contents of virtual museums and advantages of using them in teaching, for example, foreign languages or history. Some basic propositions on the point of arranging the virtual display and main stages of modelling the virtual excursion in a foreign language are discussed as well. It is concluded that such educational technologies as virtual museum, are regarded as the progressive ones and should be used as an essential teaching element.

The article discusses the problem of developing skills in writing for academic purposes in English. The feedback plays a very important role in teaching writing. The students’ attitude questionnaire results towards feedback prove that students value the teacher’s feedback and feel some uncertainty about receiving feedback from their peers. The application of the assessment technique, combining peer and teacher evaluation, to teaching master and graduate students is described. This system makes students self-edit and redraft their essays twice before giving to the teacher for grading. It is shown that this technique contributes to the development of academic writing skills of master and graduate students.

In the given article L. Petrushevskaya’s usage and experiment with genre archetype of the tale can be explained by the perfect mastery of small epic form, flamboyant direction of its style, an inexhaustible interest to paradoxes, attention to the privacy of ordinary people. The mix of genres occurs within the entire culture - from fairy tales to the novel. "Wild Animals Fairy Tales" at the same time focused on the tradition of social and domestic stories and tales about animals using functional elements anecdotes and fables. The author proposes a model cycle, mock-oriented TVseries. Despite the accompplished story, each series tends to expand the space and time. Guarantee of the integrity of the cycle, a form that combines the features of different genres and different arts, becomes animated series.

We propose a method for integrating the right-invariant geodesic flows on Lie groups based on the use of a special canonical transformation in the cotangent bundle of group. We also describe an original method of constructing exact solutions for the Klein-Gordon equation on unimodular Lie groups. Finally, we formulate a theorem which establishes a connection between the special canonical transformation and irreducible representations of Lie group. This connection allows us to consider the proposed methods of integrating for classical and quantum equations in the framework of a unified approach.

The article considers the possibility of training teacher of technology of the new formation under the direction of educational activities in vocational teacher education – Vocational Training (Design), organized in the context of the competence and teaching format. Image of modern design culture is projected on the process of training the teacher of technology, organized as a system of continuous design education, which has a characteristic methodology, including the structure of activities, principles, standards, models and methods of teaching. Presented experience of design and engineering activity of students demonstrates the possibility of forming productive behavioral, communicative, emotional and cognitive stereotypes in the implementation of educational and extracurricular activities. The content of the professional competence of the teacher is considered by us as multicomponent (components: cognitive, activity, value-semantic, motivational), and has common features with the professional expertise of the designer. Professional competence of the teacher of vocational training in the field of design is determined by a set of special design competencies, the formation of fine arts means (teaching students the principles and methods of artistic design, familiarity with the fundamentals of artistic design, the development of practical methods and techniques of project development of various products, their performance graphics engines). These features were put by us in designing the content of the foundation disciplines of subject preparation teacher of vocational training in the field of design as an individual competence-oriented modules of basic educational programs. Formation of core competencies organized by us is also a successful solution of professional problems that can be solved by the student as a result of the previously developed system of educational problems. The content of learning tasks include elements and algorithms for the solution of professional problems.

The article deals with language representation of media communicative universal – the law of pragmatically conditioned combination of stereotype and creativity in media interpretation of a newsbreak. Media communicative universal is considered as a communicative law and the principles of textual organization which realize it and reflect informational reason as an element of media communication, and which corresponds to criteria of frequency and repetition. The article points to means and ways of language representation of communicative principles, which realize this law for effective communication: principle of empathy and a model in media actualization of informational reason and principle of simultaneous stimulation of typical and unique associations in the process of media communication on the base of different means and ways of regulativity usage. Usage of complex methods including discursive, semantic-stylistic and comparative analysis allowed to reveal the specificity of actualization of pragmatically conditioned combination of stereotype and creativity in discursive practice of famous informational and media language personalities, who take part in the program “Unedited” on the radio station site “Echo of Moscow” in November 2016 (lawyer, writer, journalist and politician). The findings represent the interest for the theory of speech communication, media linguistics and communicative stylistics of the text.

The article deals with the questions of verbal and nonverbal structure of electronic hypertext fiction. The author pays special attention to the history of electronic hypertext fiction and the factors of its occurring. The article also provides the analysis of two electronic hypertext poems, which represent totally different stages in electronic hypertext fiction timeline. The novelty of the research is seen in the attempt to analyze and identify electronic fiction hypertexts, which were worked out and published on the basis of two different platforms (software for hypertext fiction Storyspace Eastgate System and Scalar platform). The research urgency is caused by the complex analysis of different types of electronic hypertext fiction. The analysis is based on review of hypertext lexical and stylistic peculiarities and the main aspects of figurativeness in electronic environment. The article gives an overview of electronic hypertext fiction represented by the works “Penetration” by R. Kendall and “Redshift and Portalmetal” by M. Cardenas. “Penetration” by R. Kendall depicts the inner world of two main characters, a father and a daughter. “Penetration” is based on the Connection Systems, which brings advanced hypertext features to Web stories and poems. “Penetration” contains links and text elements that are displayed conditionally or randomly. “Redshift and Portalmetal” by M. Cardenas depicts the story of Roja, whose planet’s environment is dying that is why she had to travel to other worlds. The project has the form of electronic interactive hypertext fiction including film performance and poetry. The author uses the Scalar platform to create a compelling science fiction narrative about the coming end of the world. Electronic hypertext fiction is one of the most productive and effective forms of electronic fiction because of its open structure.

The paper is devoted to the identification of the composition of structural fragments of humic acids (HA) extracted from the peat in the peat bog of Balanak. The alkyl elements predominate in the composition of HA, and the amount of oxygen-containing functional groups and phenolic fragments is reduced. The identified characteristics of the composition of HA are connected with the slow processes of peat formation in the North-Eastern Altai. It is shown that with the increase of the degree of the peat decomposition in humic acids the degree of aromaticity increases, and the amount of carbohydrate and alkyl fragments decreases.

Relying on the G. P. Melnikov's idea that language universals can be identified on the basis of the determinant as the primary mechanism of language systems, as well as on the experience of revealing communicative universals in literary texts, the author identified the media communicative universals considering the mass media as a special subsystem of verbal communication. The media communicative universals are interpreted as laws and related operating principles of structuring media texts that reflect a media event as an element of media communication and meet the criteria of frequency and repeatability with possible genre, idiostyle and other variations within the limits of a certain invariant. The media communicative universals were identified with regard to such factors as content, form and functions of text activity in mass media.

The phenomenon of “educational metaspace” is considered in the context of the anthropological approach. The concept of “subjectivity” is interpreted as a conscious and active attitude.We prove the necessity of technologized work of the teacher in the educational metaspace through certain forms and methods of joint activities focused on the needs of the modern educational situation. Description of the experimental part of the work is a design of educational metaspace and it is constructed in the logic of humanitarian research. Design of metaspace based on the category of “problem”, which is understood as a method of detecting and fixing the lack of thought means to achieve this goal. The algorithm of work with a problem is presented in several stages. Each stage corresponds to a specific form of work of joint activities. Design of metaspace is based on a particular subject material. This material became the novel M. A. Bulgakov's “Master and Margarita”. The basis of the educational project was the film P. Weir's “Dead Poets Society”. The project is seen as project actions of each participant.

There is an urgent demand to teach students to read electronic resources efficiently, especially in foreign languages, due to the increasing amount of their independent work based on the Internet reading. The author’s research results are presented as a basis for classification of facilitating factors. The article material is based on application of the following research methods: theoretical analysis, observation, expert method, survey, calculation of elementary statistics. The researcher distinguishes a set of facilitating factors, formal and substantial interaction record of which allows most accurately indicating their degree of influence on creative group activity. In modern society, the social value and role of special libraries that fulfill information, cultural, educational and rehabilitation functions is increasing. The library organizes, stores, and provides users with the Fund, including electronic materials, tactile-audio-visual plan, and other documents intended for the blind and visually impaired. In addition, it provides easy access to information for people with disabilities through the use of adaptive technology and heat engineering funds, provides support for vocational training, socio-cultural, recreational activities of persons with disabilities, promoting their rehabilitation and socialization through books and reading. The article makes an attempt not just to consider the activities and role of special libraries in providing people with various forms of disabilities with free and equal access to information resources and services, but also to determine the model of the development of institutions of this type. The above mentioned aspects of the mission of the special libraries are aimed at providing easy access to library information and cultural services. A model for the development of special libraries has been developed, which is aimed at improving the conditions for creating an independent life of the disabled and the disabled population of the Russian Federation through unhindered access to information and library and socio-cultural resources and services. In addition, the main goals, objectives and content of the vectors of development of these libraries are formulated, which will allow them to become a regional multifunctional cultural and educational complex for people with disabilities.

Lavrenyuk Ekaterina Viktorovna NATIONAL PECULIARITIES IN SEMANTICS OF PERSON NOMINATIONS IN MODERN CHINESE NEOLOGISMS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 2 (199). P. 77-81

The article deals with cultural context of meanings of persons’ nominations in neologisms of modern Chinese. It aims to interpret Chinese neologisms from the perspective of individuals’ nominations. New social roles and competences appearing in the rapidly changing environment create the need for detailed research of the new vocabulary that denotes these roles and competences. The analysis of the denoted lexical units has been conducted in the frame of aspect or integrated approach to evaluate the semantic meanings of neologisms at different macro levels: denotative, connotative and functional. Besides the key generic semes (denoting individuals or groups of people, their gender and naming lexical sets) we have attempted to mark out the differential semes that reflect the national and cultural traditions of Chinese people. These differential semes are grouped according to the criteria which we have singled out, namely, peculiarities of persons’ appearance and character, peculiarities of activity, social status and psycho-emotional state. The article lists the examples of neologisms for every group of semes. Analysis of the persons’ nominations in neologisms of modern Chinese reveals that most lexical units denoting individuals are not gender-marked and refer to the sociocultural field. Majority of the neologisms belong to standard Chinese and are emotionally neutral. The research offers a new perspective and method of studying new words in Chinese from the view of individuals’ denomination.

This paper searches for the points of contact between cognitive linguistics and IT by drawing parallels between key concepts of cognitive linguistics and mathematical logics. Introduction. Nowadays the sphere of construction engineering is one of the fast-developing fields. Owing to the advanced construction technology development new words appear in the Russian language. The purpose of the article is to discover and describe the latest professional borrowings related to the field of innovative construction technologies and introduced into Russian in the 21st century. The objectives of the paper are the material selection, the definition of the sources and time of borrowings being analyzed, and creating the classification of foreign terminological units. Material and methods. The material for the study is the latest borrowings in the sphere of construction engineering appeared in the Russian language in the 21st century and used in the professional discourse (web-sites for construction professionals). The basis of the methodology lies in the descriptive and comparative methods. Results and discussion. The article contains a short theoretical overview of borrowings in Russian. The study shows that most of the terminological units denoting advanced construction technologies are borrowed from other languages with the technology itself. The major part of the given terminological units is borrowed from English and represents loanwords, calques and partial calques. Moreover, with the purpose of stating the time of borrowings all terminological units were searched for in the National Corpus of the Russian Language. It appeared that the majority of terms are not recorded either in the National Corpus of the Russian Language or in terminological dictionaries. Conclusion. Modern construction vocabulary of the 21st century is represented mostly by anglicisms among which there are lexical and semantic borrowings (calques and partial calques). The article has analyzed terminological units not previously recorded in either terminological dictionaries or National Corpus of the Russian Language. The practical value enables to use the article materials for academic and lexicographical purposes.

The article deals with different levels of text: lexical, phonological, grammatical, and graphical. The creative works of the Tomsk rock leader of the late 1980s – early 1990s V. Shestakov are considered in the given article in order to describe the lingvo-cultural originality of the regional infosfer. The poet’s discourse is seen in the aspect of the reflection of Siberian punk subculture in it. Born in the years of perestroika, the Siberian punk embodied in poetic texts own tragic vision of the social reality of the USSR in transition and clearly outlined protest not only against the official ideology, but also against the absurdity of the world order as a whole. A striking example of Tomsk Siberian punk version was the creation of the group “Children of Obrub” and its leader Viktor Shestakov, in whose poetry such traits as hypertrophic nihilism, pessimism, nonconformism, and acute social orientation are embodied. These features are characteristic of Siberian punk subculture as a whole, they originally refracted in a peculiar system of symbols and images inherent idiostile of creative language personality of Tomsk rock poet.

Some time ago the authors proposed a new approach to self-dual electrodynamics and its superextensions, based on introducing auxiliary (super)fields which ensure linearization of the duality transformations. In the talk this universal method is applied for analysis of the self-duality properties of the N = 2 Born-Infeld (BI) action with the nonlinearly realized “hidden” N = 4 supersymmetry. Its self-duality is proved up to the 10th order in the superfield strengths. The conjecture about the general structure of the N = 2 BI action modified by the auxiliary chiral superfields is put forward.

The unit of measure of education quality is entered. Difficulties of introduction of a universal unit of measure are discussed. The option based on an average arithmetic assessment of knowledge of studied disciplines is considered. Sources of the errors arising at such expert assessment are studied. It is shown that the size of an error can be reduced if to use probabilistic approach. It is based on the introduction of functions – mathematical expectation estimation. The mathematical technology of processing of indicators of progress is offered. It is noted that the main problem there is a choice of an expert assessment. An example of objective calculation of an assessment is reviewed. The conclusion that the number of indicators of progress should not exceed three-four is drawn, otherwise errors of measurements increase more, than for 50 %. The problem of choice of indicators for assessment of level of training of the student is formulated. It is shown that the main priorities for the employer are his professional competences, and common cultural pale into insignificance. The conclusion can be drawn on quality of education, later some period after the beginning of work of the graduate of educational institution. It is shown that the state of educational-methodical documentation of the department has little effect on the quality of education. It is specified that major factors of improvement of quality of education are the material base of higher education institution, a condition of research activity and close cooperation with employers. They allow to introduce innovative achievements of science in educational process.

The article presents Tatiana Meiko’s (Tomsk) appeal to the genre of prosaic short stories in the context of children’s literature formation traditions and development trends. At the turn of the XX–XXI centuries many children’s writers develop such genre types as nature, autobiographic short stories, mini tales (fairy, about animals), anecdotes / humorous short stories, horror stories, etc. It is more rarely when writers create short stories in the tideway of paroemia and philosophic-lyrical story traditions. The paper focuses on national and cultural peculiarities of indirect euphemistic expressions in American English. The author suggests that euphemism is a strategic communicative device varying within and under the influence of the historic, socio and cultural linguistic context. The major emphasis of the article is the concept of “American football” as a means of understanding American cultural mind set and source of equivocal euphemistic vocabulary. The paper explores some American cultural traits and values (related to sports traditions and rules) that are deeply impressed in mind and influence language choice: individualism, high risks, strategic planning, obsession with technology, competitiveness, religious affiliation, nationalist beliefs and aggressive business behaviour. The article highlights the popularity of American football and sports in the USA that results in the corresponding euphemistic vocabulary generation. Some sports terms borrowed from American football get in general use and are widely employed in political rhetoric and everyday speech. Therefore, American euphemisms are believed to be a class of their own, principally because they involve American realia and appeal to basic American values, thus becoming challenging to decipher for outsiders and at the same time sounding familiar and picturesque to American English speakers. Accordingly, euphemisms under study provide cultural insight and bespeak cultural identity.

There was provided a substantiation and development of the content of the innovative academic discipline. The article presents the experience of comparative analysis of the image of the lyrical hero in Russian and French poetry of symbolism in the aspect of lexical means of explicating the problem of life searches and searching for the meaning of human existence. It is demonstrated that the essence of the philosophical aesthetics of symbolism lies in the knowledge of the world on the basis of the idealistic concept of duality, according to which the world of ideas is considered true, and the real world is recognized as imperfect. The subject of consideration is the specificity of the organization of lexical level units involved in creating images of the lyric hero in the poetical texts of S. Baudelaire and A. Blok. Through the use of lexical-semantic, textological analysis and with reference to the dictionary data it is demonstrated that the rebellious heroes of famous poets perceive life through the tragedy aesthetics of symbolism. The problem of vital searches of lyric heroes Baudelaire and Blok is presented in dynamics and is realized in the context of understanding the philosophical aesthetics of symbolism in general, and also taking into account the characteristics of the author’s worldview. In the comprehension of the problem of life searches of lyric heroes Sh. Baudelaire and A. Blok it is possible to outline both similar and distinctive tendencies. Differences are due to national and cultural characteristics, as well as the specific nature of the author’s picture of the world, which as a whole determined the selection of lexical units in the structure of the analyzed poetic texts.
