The article deals with the phenomenon of communication as a manifestation of complexity of interacting creatures. Communication is considered not as a privilege of a human being; it is shown that it is in the root of the world of living nature, it has evolutionary origins. The communicative complexity is exposed by such concepts as flexibility, constructing, intersubjectivity, participatory sense-making, empathy, synergy, mutual incorporation and co-emergence of creatures, which enter the process of communication. Understanding of communication from the viewpoint of the conception of enactivism allows disclosing some substantial aspects of the constructivist character of communicative interaction.

The concept of the Baku text, phenomenon of Russian linguistic culture at the crossroads of cultures, created by esthetic judgment of the image of oil is described in the article. It is proved on the material of “The Baku verses” by S. Yesenin and V. Mayakovsky that the social paradigm of the embodiment of concept oil in the Baku text develops towards these or those forms of the new religiousness and the statement of the absolute human will. The development of this line of interpretation of the concept in Russian poetic discourse is caused as a whole by unique social and historical circumstances in which Baku cultural topos was formed in the first half of the 20th century.

An analysis of graphic images, obtained in the research of 15 convicted men sentenced to imprisonment by the pictogram method has been carried out. Among the images selected by the imprisoned attributive and concrete images with greater individual and emotional significance predominate. The thinking of this group of people is characterized, on the one hand, by banality, adherence to conventional stereotypes, and, on the other hand, by the presence of specific features, showing in individually significant images as well as in the original symbolism of the imprisoned. These features are the evidence of estrangement, egocentrism and significant influence of the emotional component on the cognitive proesses of this group of people.

The paper ascertains the fact that modern school keeps the one-sided character of mastering by students of integral social and cultural experience which is formed mainly as a knowledge component. The paper considers the attempts of Russian scientists of education of the Soviet and post-Soviet stages of socio-economic development of Russian society, to deduce the content of education from a knowledge paradigm. As examples the paper considers the concepts of the content of general education by V. V. Krayevsky and I. Ya. Lerner, V. S. Lednev and M. S. Kagan, the content of general education in the paradigm of developmental education (L. V. Zankov, V. V. Davydov, B. D. Elkonin), person-centred education (V. S. Iliin, V. V. Serikov), competence building approach (V. A. Bolotov, V. V. Serikov, A. V. Khutorskoy). The article discusses the definitions of the terms «competence» (as a combination of the person’s knowledge, skills and experience in a certain sphere, which provides the ability to perform certain functions) and «competency» (a person’s possession of a complex of such combinations, which provide a wider sphere and abilities of functioning for the person). The paper provides the formulation of the concept «research competency» of the student as a component of the content of general education; investigates the ways and means of forming the research competence of schoolchildren; identifies the interrelation between the concepts of the «research competence» and the «metasubject» content of general education.

The article describes the origin of extra-training education during the pre-revolutionary period. The text of this article is based on the analysis of the new archival materials, and that has allowed revealing regional aspects of Tomsk region extra-training education. Introduction. Virtual discourse is in constant motion and development, the discursive parameters have undergone significant changes over the past 10 years. The composition of internet genres is also unstable: the functions of genres change, the process of integration of different genres takes place, as well as differentiation – it is when we highlight many subtypes in the limits of one genre. In this article we are going to explore the genre of news meme, which is one of the varieties of Internet memes. The aim of this article is to describe the specifics of news meme as an Internet genre in comparison to the news genre. Materials and methods. During the analysis of material we used general scientific and proper linguistic methods of research, such as: descriptive method, comparative method, methods of interpretation and classification, method of continuous and differentiated sampling. The material for the study was the publications posted on the social network VKontakte (61 news memes). Results and discussion. The news meme was analyzed according to the model proposed by T. V. Shmeleva, a comparative analysis was conducted with the “news” genre: 1. The communicative aim of news meme is, as a rule, of negative kind, while the news genre is usually of informative kind. 2. The author of the news is a journalist and a professional. The author of the news meme is stylized as an ordinary person and a public opinion holder. There is no distance between the author of the news meme and the addressee. 3. The factor of the past for news is an event, which we have to report to the addressee. For a meme, the factor of the past is the text of the news. 4. The factor of the future is an optional element for news. News is an all-sufficient text. For a news meme, the future factor is a required element, presented in the form of comments. 5. Dictum for news genre is an event which happened in real world. Dictum for a news meme is social, economic and other problems associated with this event. As a rule, this connection is formal. 6. Formal organization. The structure of news meme has four parts: announcement of main news, link to the source, illustration and comments. The carnival beginning of the meme is realized in the illustration, where in an unexpected way it reveals what was stated in the announcement. Conclusion. After systemazing and generalizing the described parameters we can give the definition to the genre. News meme is a secondary Internet genre, which we base on the news text and which raises the acute social, political, ethical problems in an ironical form and which we stylize to the opinion of the masses of people.

Introduction. The article discusses the technology of blended learning, combining the advantages of traditional classroom and e-learning, ensuring the development of the student as a subject of self-educational activity and shaping his readiness for self-development in the future. Aim and objectives. The aim of the article is to review and analyze the features and key characteristics of “blended learning” technology, to study the models for its implementation in the educational process, as well as to describe the experience of using blended learning in the process of teaching Foreign Language. Material and methods. The methods of theoretical analysis were used: the study and analysis of psychological, pedagogical and scientific-methodical literature and the Internet resources on the problem of research, the study of foreign experience in the use of blended learning in the educational process, as well as the reflection of the educational activities of the author of this article. Results and discussion. The models and approaches of introducing blended learning into the educational process are described. Key characteristics of blended learning are highlighted: individualization of the educational process, productive independent work, the rational use of class time, the active use of modern information and communication technologies, etc. The characteristics of the interaction of subjects (teacher, students, and electronic educational resources) and the roles they implement in the blended learning model are given. Electronic resources for the introduction of blended learning in educational practice (learning management systems, massive open online courses, Google for Education cloud services) are considered. The experience of using blended learning technology in the teaching of the discipline “Foreign Language” is described. The educational process was built in accordance with the Flipped Classroom technology, which is implemented in the form of a three-stage educational model - independent pre-class work (watching video lectures in order to familiarize yourself with the educational information before the lesson, completing tasks to verify understanding of the material watched), class work (active / creative types of educational activity) and post-graduate work (independent generalization of the studied educational material). Conclusion. It is concluded that the use of the blended learning model results in an increase in the quality of students’ knowledge and the development of their ability to learn independently.

It has been established that the course administration (5 days at a dose of 16 mg/kg per os) of extracts of Aralia mandshurica or Rhodiola rosea decreased the incidence of ischemic and reperfusion ventricular arrhythmias during a 10-min coronary artery occlusion and a 10-min reperfusion. Extracts of Eleutherococcus senticosus, Leuzea carthamoides and Panax ginseng had no effect on the incidence of ischemic and reperfusion arrhythmias. Chronic administration of Aralia, Rhodiola and Eleutherococcus increased the ventricular fibrillation threshold (VFT) value in rats with postinfarction cardiosclerosis. Ginseng and Leuzea did not affect the VFT in rats with postinfarction cardiosclerosis.

In 1616 Vasilij Tjumenez and Ivan Petrov, the first ambassadors of Russia went to the residence of Altyn-han to establish diplomatic relations. The trip of the Russian ambassadors was through the territory of some tuvinian tribes (Sajanskaja zemlja and Matzkaja zemlja). The ethnographical data of V. Tjumenez and I. Petrov include the description of the traditional culture and life style of tuvinian people at the beginning of the XVII century.
