A Sociocultural Approach in the Current Paradigm of Language Teaching // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2006. Issue 9 (60). P. 104-108

With the advent of the new educational paradigm the component content of language training has been greatly changed. Special emphasis among recent changes has been placed on a sociocultural approach, its impact on foreign language teaching. In the paper the authors make an attempt to analyze the essence, some peculiarities and would-be perspectives of the development of a sociocultural approach to language training.
