The Meaning of Culture in Forming Philosophy of Science. // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2006. Issue 7 (58). P. 118-121

The main aim of the article is correlation of traditional views on pre-conditions of forming philosophy of science and modern level of research in social philosophy. The author makes up a conclusion that the logic of modern investigations of culture assumes the affirmation that only culture can mediate the forming philosophy of science as some branch of philosophic knowledge, but in this case the only culture of this knowledge should mean, not the culture of whole society.

The paper defends the thesis that analysis of truth problem in the context of interpretations of quantum logic allows to come to more general problem of the coherence between the scope of quantum mechanical and quantum logical studies on the basis of principle of the indiscernibility of identicals entered by G. Leibnitz and developed by S. Kripke. At the same time it’s revealed the prospect of elicitation of specifics of the relations between quantum mechanics and quantum logic in a context of modal expansions of quantum logic.

The paper defends the thesis that phenomenological reconstruction of transformation in culture of philosophical images of science allows to reveal basic mechanisms of modification of science representations. Modifications of representations depend on 1) orientations to historical mutations of bases of understanding of the worldview orientations forming semantic structure of scientific knowledge; 2) necessity of correlation of actions of scientists with versions of periodically reproduced informative ideal (original wisdom). The article presents the analysis of the role of technoscience in social and cultural development of the regions of Russia. In the focus of research interest of the authors was a situation, which developed in Tomsk and Tomsk Region. The authors come to the conclusion that in Russia there are special social and economic circumstances. Within this framework the potential of interaction of a scientific and educational complex and production is not up to the end involved. Therefore, even in regions of Russia, rather safe from the innovative point of view, such as Tomsk region, carrying out modernization demands the solution of many fundamental problems. But to make it is rather problematic, guided by the developed stereotypes of a public behavior and communication.

The article presents the analysis of the major factors and conditions providing the neoindustrial growth of economy in Russia. The authors conclude that the main factor influencing neoindustrialization is the inclusion of Russia in the global trends described on the basis of the concept “technoscience”. The condition for neoindustrialization serves the expansion of borders of network community the elements of which are already available in Russia and in its regions and within which economical and strictly scientific activity will be able to come to full agreement.
