| 1 | The program of development of the pedagogical competence is the publication of Tazina Klarisa Alexandrovna, an English teacher of the highest qualification who has been working as a teacher at the secondary school for more than 25 years. The program contains theoretical problem of modern pedagogical competence and all Us distinguishing professional skills. One of the important features of the program is the determination of this very notion «pedagogical competence» from the standpoint of modem pedagogical science. | 2 | Translation is not only a speech act but also an act of cross-cultural communication. Translation is determined by the system and norm at least of two languages and two cultures. The conflict between the cultures in translation is overcome by making the strategy based on principles and rules, background knowledge, skills and habits. These knowledge and skills are taught in creative linguasociocultural environment which maximum is near by the natural foreign environment. Thus, the author’s main attention has been focussed on working out in greater detail the system of skills. Then it is shown how these skills are practically taught in Japanese linguasociocultural environment (on the example of tea ceremony and other national, historical, geographical, religious and cultural realities). | 3 | The article deals with the theoretical problem of readiness for written translation within the frame of lingua sociocultural approach in translation teaching. The author presents distinguishing features of this process, its essence, princip les and defi nition. The indexes of readiness for written translation and their characteristics are deducted on the basis of the specifi c features of written translation. They are reproductions of the original sense (exactness and clarity, completeness and profundity), pragmatic adequacy, lexical equivalence, right translation form in Russian, creative approach, tempo of the translation. The article is of interest for researchers and specialists working with translation teaching. | 4 | The training nature of the educational process determines the significance of the problem of formation of moral psychological readiness of the future lawyers as an important component of their professional activity. However, this task is often formal declarative, helped by the uncertainty of the concept of moral psychological readiness for the profession. As a rule, this concept is complicated and washed away due to the inclusion of a large number of psychological and ethical categories which are not always interconnected and coordinated. The authors of this article believe that the moral psychological readiness for legal activity as the whole phenomenon is reflected in the leading motives of the personality of the future lawyer. Scientific novelty is in different types of readiness and non-readiness for legal activities.
