The general research methodology is based on studies of linguists, psychologists, psycholinguists in the field of speech, psychological, cognitive characteristics of elderly people, as well as cognitivediscursive approaches to communication between official structures and public organizations with different layers of the population in a virtual environment. We used structural (content) analysis of the site, communicative analysis of the individual components of the sites, pragma-style analysis of fragments of texts contained in the content of the site, genre analysis of statements and fragments of texts. Results and discussion. Portals have a different volume of hypertext, multimodal, polycode structural components against the background of typical forms and contents typical for virtual objects. The virtual space of the RF PF portal has the features of a marketing platform that contains sections oriented to feedback from the addressee and their implementation – a citizen’s personal account, counseling center, and pension calculator; The content of the portal of the joint venture of the Russian Federation combines marketing, informative, effective and interactive features. The degree of combination of institutional, official, business, advertising, ritual, everyday discourses is also different, depending on the nature of the subject, function and copyright holder of the virtual object. The largest volume of official and official-business discursive component, the smallest amount of visual means is distinguished by the RF PF portal, the portal of the Union of Pensioners of the Russian Federation equally combines officialbusiness, legal, journalistic and everyday types of discourse, designed also using static and dynamic infographic components; the portal of the regional social center contains components of legal, official-business, educational journalistic types of discourse (the latter is represented by the numbers of the regional periodical). Conclusion. The structure, content of website, type of communication of the portals indicate the presence of incompatible types of recipient. The addressee of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation’s portal is a gender, professional, socially undefined person of retirement, pre-retirement age, interested in conceptually limited information; it’s mobile in a cognitive sense, easily transitioning from an ordinary conceptualization of reality to specialized, able to quickly adapt a large amount of legal information, orientated in a virtual environment, changing style and communicative registers. The addressee of the portal of the Union of Pensioners of the Russian Federation is a gender, socially undefined pensioner, active in relation to public and state life in Russia, having broad interests, involved in physical education and sports, and volunteer movement. The addressee of the portal of the Public Institution “Public Center for Social Policy of the Sherbakul Region” is a gender-undefined, socially unprotected (including pensioner), a geographically limited member of society, active in relation to the public life of the Omsk region, having broad interests, involved in physical education and sports not giving up under any circumstances. Stamikova E.A., Kuryanovich A.V. THE PROBLEM OF THE LIFE-SIZED LYRIC HEROES IN THE RUSSIAN AND FRENCH POETRY OF SYMBOLISM: ANALYSIS OF LEXICAL MEANS OF REPRESENTATION. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 6 (195). P. 44-50

The article presents the experience of comparative analysis of the image of the lyrical hero in Russian and French poetry of symbolism in the aspect of lexical means of explicating the problem of life searches and searching for the meaning of human existence. It is demonstrated that the essence of the philosophical aesthetics of symbolism lies in the knowledge of the world on the basis of the idealistic concept of duality, according to which the world of ideas is considered true, and the real world is recognized as imperfect. The subject of consideration is the specificity of the organization of lexical level units involved in creating images of the lyric hero in the poetical texts of S. Baudelaire and A. Blok. Through the use of lexical-semantic, textological analysis and with reference to the dictionary data it is demonstrated that the rebellious heroes of famous poets perceive life through the tragedy aesthetics of symbolism. The problem of vital searches of lyric heroes Baudelaire and Blok is presented in dynamics and is realized in the context of understanding the philosophical aesthetics of symbolism in general, and also taking into account the characteristics of the author’s worldview. In the comprehension of the problem of life searches of lyric heroes Sh. Baudelaire and A. Blok it is possible to outline both similar and distinctive tendencies. Differences are due to national and cultural characteristics, as well as the specific nature of the author’s picture of the world, which as a whole determined the selection of lexical units in the structure of the analyzed poetic texts.

Bolotnov A.V. TYPE OF ARGUMENTATION AS A REFLECTION OF PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL AND MEDIA LANGUAGE PERSONALITY’S IDIOSTYLE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 4 (201). P. 21-30

Introduction. Well-reasoned discourse is still one of the most widespread in up-to-date media sphere. It is conditional on peculiarities of modern social and historical age context and necessity to prove different viewpoints on current events. That is why study of types and means of argumentation is one of the topical task in different spheres of knowledge. The aim of the article is the detection of idiostyle peculiarities of media discourse of a public language personality abreast of argumentation’s types in the sphere of different informational reasons that are used by this person. Methods of research are based on discursive, semantic and stylistic analysis usage supported by regulative theory as one of the directions of the communicative stylistics of the text. Results and discussion. Dependence of types of argumentation that were used by public media persons on objective factors (informational reason, theme, speech genre) and subjective (goal-setting, communicative and cognitive, cultural and speech author’s peculiarities) is determined. Common and individual regulative means, structures and ways, which are typical for argued discourse and for analyzed individual discursive practices, are revealed in the article. The typical regulative structures and means of regulation are the following: usage of opponent’s quotations with further denial; reference to opponent and appeal to him that is attended by direct or indirect characteristic; reference to facts and quantitative data, usage of comparison of similar signs for proof, intensification of expression and polemic excitement at level of language means. Individual peculiarities of argumentation are the following: difference of author’s intentions, scale of informational reasons for counter-argumentation; choice of argumentation type subject to personality’s idiostle including his cultural and speech, cognitive and communicative styles, availability of author’s regulative means of logical and/or rhetorical argumentation in media discourse. Conclusion. The introduced approach to the study of argumentative discourse from the point of view of the idiostyle manifestation of a public language personality, revealed the difference between argumentation types according to the aim, means and effect of influence, which is caused not only by objective factors, but author’s individual peculiarities and information field of media text authors. These findings are of interest for media linguistics, theory of speech influence, speech conflict study, communicative stylistics of text.

Martseva T.A., Kobenko Y.V. The History of the English Language Origin as a Clue to Understanding its Current Status. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2024. Issue 4 (234). P. 75-83

The paper draws comparisons between the stages in the history of the English language developing in the multilingual environment and its status of a macromediator in the modern world. The research is based on two fundamental methods: the comparative historical method that assists in observing the development of English in the diachronic perspective and its co-existence with other languages in anisotropic linguistic situation of that time and the dialectical one directed at identifying such contradicting directions of the language system evolution as integration and disintegration, standardization and individualization, centrism and acentrism. The evolution of classifying English language origin (Teutonic group in the 17th and 18th centuries, Anglofrisian group in the 19th century and West Germanic group in the 20th century) is rooted in the changes of intralinguistic nature caused by a range of extralinguistic factors. On the one hand, island distribution of the language areal, hard accessibility of the territory, and therefore their isolation, and on the other hand, attractiveness of this land due to favorable conditions (mild climate, diverse landscape, rich flora and fauna), Christianization, active trade relationships leading to permanent polyglossia of linguistic environment (Celtic, Germanic, Scandinavian dialects, classical and vulgar Latin, various languages of Roman legionaries, French) were the reasons why the English language obtained and has maintained till the present time such peculiar distinctive properties as acentrism, high level of lexical mobility, substantial derivational potential, economy of linguistic means and rather free manipulations with language standards. The latter is also connected with long-term absence of the unified national, political and language center in Britain and mostly marginal usage of the language predominantly in the oral form. The authors also insist on the need to further look into the grammatical structure of the English language throughout its evolution in order to better understand the consequences of the polyglossian environment not only on its vocabulary but also the status constituent.

Sokolovska S., Shaydak L., Varshulska P. EFFECT OF pH ON THE RELEASE OF ORGANIC MATTER FROM MUCKS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2009. Issue 3 (81). P. 105-109

The effect of high pH values on the release of organic matter (OM) from mucks was investigated. This study was conducted on homoionic hydrogen forms of 7 mucks (Terric Histosols). Concentration of dissolved organic matter (DOM) released were determined colorimetrically at l=465 nm. Parameters Q2/6 and Q4/6 were calculated from spectra in visible region. The dissolution of soil OM was significantly affected by pH. The relationship could be satisfactorily described by the equation: DOM = 0.01Чexp(b1ЧpH). The b1 parameter quantified the DOM release process in relation to the changes in soil pH. The investigations proved correlations among W1, Q and b1 indexes.

At the same time take into account the degree of the children’s Russian language competence. So, at an initial level of learning the second language the teacher and the pupils often should address to the native language. However in the process of increase of the pupils’ lexicon, the development of oral and written skills, the sphere of its use gradually decreases.

Babakina T.N., Zhukova N.S. PECULIARITIES OF TRANSFORMATION OF MODAL SEMANTICS OF THE VERB MÜSSEN IN GERMAN. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 6 (183). P. 56-60

The research of means verbalizing the modal semantics, and in particular of modal verbs remains urgent in modern linguistics as they express modal values of the possibility and need which are ones of the most important in the cognitive and communicative relation. In its turn, cognitive and communicative needs of society remain variable and that causes semantic function extension of the language means, which are constantly to respond to the needs of society noted above. In this regard the semantics studying of the verb müssen is especially significant. The purpose of the research presented in this article is to reveal specifics and to define the mechanisms of the past and current semantic changes of the verb müssen that have ensured its development as a modal verb according to cognitive and communicative needs of the German society. To that effect the original Old, Middle, Early New and New High German texts were studied. In the selected examples from the given texts by means of the method of semantic interpretation and using the method of contextual analysis the meanings of preterite-present verb müssen functioning as modal verb in the correspondent periods of the development of German language were determined. Due to the consistent usage of the method of comparison and collation in the process of analysis of the meanings their similarities and differences were determined. For more detailed reflection on the transformation development tendency in the semantics of the verb müssen appearing in modal function the methods of mathematical statistics were also used. As a result of the conducted research semantic peculiarities of the verb müssen functioning in various periods of German were specified and the mechanism of the past and current changes is defined. The basic semantic transformation mechanism of the verb müssen into both modal objective and, from Early New High German, into modal subjective semantic is context-induced reinterpretation.

These problems are characteristic: they are deprived of the genesis of the evidence, their condition has a strong instability, their decision is unprecedented and requires quick action. From the standpoint of understanding the creative chaos of informational efficiency criterion set by the ratio of brevity and originality justify the choice of options, overcoming the state of instability. On the example of Ecology and Bioethics discussed the effectiveness of philosophical decisions.
