| 2101 | Introduction. The article considers the image of St. Petersburg in the lyrics of Ivan Elagin, one of the prominent representatives of the second wave of emigration. The objectives of the study are: to trace the development of the image in its evolution, to fix the “common places” of St. Petersburg poetics, at the same time to note the author’s personal contribution to the development of the theme in conditions of emigration. Material and methods. The research methodology involves the interpretation of poetic texts based on theoretical and literary concepts (acmeism, literary tradition, poetry of the diaspora and the metropolis, etc.). Results and discussion. The image of St. Petersburg in the literature of the Russian abroad has repeatedly become the subject of scientific research, but the lyrics of Ivan Elagin have not yet attracted the close attention of literary scholars in interpreting the theme of St. Petersburg from acmeistic positions. We considered a number of his poems as a vivid example of following the precepts of acmeism in conditions of emigration, although the avant-garde element is no less important in the lyrics of Elagin. But in the image of the city on the Neva, the poet deliberately focuses on the poetics of acmeism, as evidenced by numerous allusions and thematic exchanges with senior acmeists – N. Gumilev, A. Akhmatova, O. Mandelstam. Conclusion. The lyrical embodiment of the image of St. Petersburg by Ivan Elagin is dictated by his acmeistic orientation and the desire to write his name in a line of his own poetic acmeist teachers. St. Petersburg of Ivan Elagin actualizes the general settings for the “St. Petersburg text”, but, in addition, demonstrates the emigrant specificity in interpreting the image of Northern Palmyra. The dominant feature of the image is its mortality, striving for “beyond”, the reflection in it of existential longing and nostalgia – the eternal “companions” of the exiled poet. | 2108 | The article focuses on the actual problem of programming training for students. A prerequisite for successful learning is the formation of algorithmic thinking. One of the necessary conditions for its formation is the independent solution of tasks of varying degrees of complexity, so during programming training it is important to pay special attention to the organization of independent study. Essential assistance in the organization of self-guided work within the programming training can be provided by the use of special software tools that allow to check the correctness of the developed program automatically. We propose an approach based on the use of the specialized system ‘Ejudge’, which allows to check the correctness of the training program. This system is networked, deployed on the server, work with the system, which is implemented via web interfaces, can be conducted both by the administrator and by users, in the role of which students and teachers act. This technology provides additional opportunities in the organization of training. On the one hand, the trainee can work with the system from any place in which access to the Internet is provided. At the same time, all actions of the trainee are recorded on the server, and are accessible to the teacher. The skills of working with such a system are also necessary for participation in academic competition on programming. The study of the lyrical plot of the work “For the Jubilee” [Yubileynoye] carried out for the first time helps to understand the work as a poem, finds in its basis the dynamics of overcoming of the hardest sincere condition of the hero in the course of an imaginary night dialogue with Pushkin in front of his monument on Tverskoy boulevard. The purposes of the study are defined by the necessity of finding the internal co-ordinates of self-identification of the hero – the main lines of the lyrical plot, motives defining them, changes of impulses-themes in the monologue, as well as the components and devices of the comical. The methodology of the study is defined by a complex of historical-genetic, historical-functional, and comparativehistorical methods, descriptive poetics, and poetics of non-classical art. Results and discussion. The basic results of the work are connected to the overcoming the tradition of Russian study of Mayakovsky’s works to place “For the Jubilee” among numerous poems-“conversations” of the poet, to distinguish it only in the connection with the certain event – the 125th anniversary of Pushkin’s birthday. New prospects of the research are opened taking into account that “For the Jubilee” was created in the direct time affinity to poems “About That” [Pro eto] and “Vladimir Ilyich Lenin”, with the important topic of metaphorical or real death, the problem of immortality and the lyrical hero overcoming boundaries of real space and time in his mental searches. As other bases of research, the transformations of components of the ancient plot of vision, the connotation of Pushkin’s works and signs of his destiny are examined, which are perceived by Mayakovsky-hero as remarks of the great poetpredecessor in the mental dialogue with him. Conclusion. The analysis of poetics of “For the Jubilee” shows the specific author’s use of a set of speech devices of the comical in self-characteristics. The comical accompanies the expression of the serious, the sharply dramatic in the destiny of the poem’s hero and acts as a function to overcome mental anguish, to return to life in its joyful creative modus. | 2115 | The Siberian indigenous languages of the Ob-Yenissey basin (including Ket, Khanty, Selkup, and Chulym Turkic) are highly endangered. They have no written standard, and some have never been taught at school. The phonetic system, inflectional morphology (including verb forms), lexical structure, and methods of nominal word formation of these languages have been the target of some linguistic studies. Nevertheless, numerous other aspects of these languages, like Chulym Turkic verb derivation, have not been the subject of a separate research. According to various linguistic classifications, Chulym Turkic dialects are close to those of Shor and Khakass, thus joining them in the group of South Siberian Turkic. Consequently, it is logical to assume the existence of various similarities in the verb derivation systems of these dialects. The given article views peculiarities of the Chulym Turkic +LA- suffix verb formation in the context of the South Siberian Turkic languages the following conclusion on the semantic components of this suffix is drawn: it signifies human actions (with tools, in an emotional state, with a certain purpose, or at a certain time), and ordinary processes in nature and animals. | 2117 | The article represents the morphosyntactic analysis of somonims of the Selkup language. The undertaken research corresponds to the relevant problems of modern linguistics consisting in the need of documentation and description of the languages which are under the threat of disappearance. In spite of the fact that the Selkup language has been an object of researches for many years and it has been studied in different aspects, the morphosyntactic structure of somatic vocabulary of the Selkup language has not been exposed to the system analysis yet. Somatic vocabulary of the Selkup language is represented by several types of morphosyntactic structures: simple words; compound words with coordinative and subordinative types of linking of stems; phrases. Simple somonims are frequently used in possessive form of the third person singular. It is attached possession. Simple somonims can rarely add other suffixes. In somatic vocabulary only one case of shifting of the simple somonim to another part of speech has been revealed. The components of compound words and phrases are mostly nouns and adjectives. The subordination is expressed either by the possessive form of the third person singular or by the genitive case. The second component can be represented by any other part of speech. The article analyzes the features of the structure and semantic content of the virtual portals of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, the All-Russian public organization “Union of Pensioners of Russia”, the portal of the regional social center as a kind of institutional virtual resource that provides typical communication between the state and people of different ages – primarily the elderly. The purpose of the article is to describe the discursive, communicative, structural features of the official portals of state and public organizations, addressed to the elderly population of the country and region, to identify ways of organizing communication, the nature of communication with the addressee. Material and methods. The general research methodology is based on studies of linguists, psychologists, psycholinguists in the field of speech, psychological, cognitive characteristics of elderly people, as well as cognitivediscursive approaches to communication between official structures and public organizations with different layers of the population in a virtual environment. We used structural (content) analysis of the site, communicative analysis of the individual components of the sites, pragma-style analysis of fragments of texts contained in the content of the site, genre analysis of statements and fragments of texts. Results and discussion. Portals have a different volume of hypertext, multimodal, polycode structural components against the background of typical forms and contents typical for virtual objects. The virtual space of the RF PF portal has the features of a marketing platform that contains sections oriented to feedback from the addressee and their implementation – a citizen’s personal account, counseling center, and pension calculator; The content of the portal of the joint venture of the Russian Federation combines marketing, informative, effective and interactive features. The degree of combination of institutional, official, business, advertising, ritual, everyday discourses is also different, depending on the nature of the subject, function and copyright holder of the virtual object. The largest volume of official and official-business discursive component, the smallest amount of visual means is distinguished by the RF PF portal, the portal of the Union of Pensioners of the Russian Federation equally combines officialbusiness, legal, journalistic and everyday types of discourse, designed also using static and dynamic infographic components; the portal of the regional social center contains components of legal, official-business, educational journalistic types of discourse (the latter is represented by the numbers of the regional periodical). Conclusion. The structure, content of website, type of communication of the portals indicate the presence of incompatible types of recipient. The addressee of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation’s portal is a gender, professional, socially undefined person of retirement, pre-retirement age, interested in conceptually limited information; it’s mobile in a cognitive sense, easily transitioning from an ordinary conceptualization of reality to specialized, able to quickly adapt a large amount of legal information, orientated in a virtual environment, changing style and communicative registers. The addressee of the portal of the Union of Pensioners of the Russian Federation is a gender, socially undefined pensioner, active in relation to public and state life in Russia, having broad interests, involved in physical education and sports, and volunteer movement. The addressee of the portal of the Public Institution “Public Center for Social Policy of the Sherbakul Region” is a gender-undefined, socially unprotected (including pensioner), a geographically limited member of society, active in relation to the public life of the Omsk region, having broad interests, involved in physical education and sports not giving up under any circumstances. Common is the command of computer skills, the ability to navigate in a virtual environment or the awareness of the need to learn computer literacy. | 2126 | The article considers the key features of communication as a tool of linguistic manipulation in advertising discourse. The aim of this study is to investigate the technologies of creating perlocutionary effect in American advertising communication. At the stage of the interpretation the vast majority of American advertising works consisting of few words are transformed into informative and pragmatic semiotic texts. Nowadays the US advertising shows a big variety of products with different degrees of verbal congestion. As a part of this study we have found a lot of advertising samples which include the minimum amount of verbal text: only the name brand or trade mark and single-phrase slogan. It should be noted that even the most minimum quantity of speech act expressed by the well-known and popular person lead to the greater intensity and immensity of its significance. Having analyzed the fragments of advertising texts we conclude that the informative congestion of communication is fundamental to its ability to persuade with the only proviso that by congestion we mean not the number of language units but the amount of their information content. The findings of the integrated and comprehensive study of the informative congestion of discourse and text can be used in pragmalinguistics, text linguistics, functional linguistics, theory of intercultural communication. The purpose of the paper is to analyze the term “competency” in relation to primary or secondary school teachers, present the competencies model for the 21st century teacher identifying four crucial pedagogical competencies such as subject, methodology, psycho-pedagogical, communication and six key skills for any personality that determine his/her successful life as well. Aim and objectives. The aim of the paper is to clarify and formulate, in accordance with the related educational documents of Russian Federation, the composition of those competencies that determine the ability of school teachers to successfully solve not only familiar, but new professional tasks that confront them in connection with the acceleration of the pace of development of society. An attempt has been made to present the matrix of 21st century teacher competencies in relation to the skills of a modern person, ensuring successful future for him/her. Material and methods. The research materials provided are the Teacher Professional Standard establishing requirements needed at present for the personality type and professional competencies for school teachers and the Model of Teacher Certification based on the use of Unified Federal Assessment Materials. The detailed analysis of the above materials demonstrates that, on the one hand, they all declare the application of the competency-based approach in educational activities. On the other hand, the list of competencies identified in them differ in both quantity and definitions. Thus, in the education community there is still no unified understanding of competencies for school teachers. The research methods used are the analytical survey for analyzing pedagogical texts, guidelines and regulations in the field of education and the modeling method as the model of the 21st century teacher competencies has been developed. Results and discussion. The economic future of our planet requires the design and implementation of a new educational system already in the 21st century. Students’ learning outcomes in the latest educational standards are associated not only with the development of subject knowledge and skills, but also with the formation of their personality mastering them by universal methods of educational activity, which ensure the successful solution of individual cognitive and other tasks both in the learning process and in other practices. In this regard, today the demand for a highly qualified, creatively working, socially active and competitive teacher who is able to educate a socialized personality in a rapidly changing world has increased. Teachers working with students should have a set of certain professional competencies that meet urgent needs of modern life. Conclusion. Based on the results of educational environment research, the idea of 6 (six) key skills meeting the following needs of modern society has been configured: cooperation, communication, critical thinking, content, creativity, self-confidence. Professional language personality is a complex of linguistic competences which permits the effective operating with professional sub-discourses «in different situations of professional-communicative interaction» (S. V. Myskin). The material of research is interviews of different years with Rada Anchevskaya – a leader of the rock-group «Rada & Ternovnik». Rada Anchevskaya positions herself as a musical «shaman», likens a concert to a ritual, trance and likens a stage to a sacral place. In her opinion music has mystical and timeless origin. Ideally, musicians do not compose but perceive it if they have enough delicacy of feelings. Music animates the word in a song. Particularity of self-presentation of Rada Anchevskaya’s professional language personality is in plenty of factual information (names of musical instruments, albums and songs of the group «Rada & Ternovnik»; denominations of musical equipment, styles and genres; surnames of musicians, specialists in mythology, philosophy, titles of the books on different themes, names of folklore and mythological characters etc.) and in frequent use of tropes and stylistic figures (mainly the metaphors). It shows great erudition of the artist, seriousness and profundity of her works and figurative nature of her language picture of the world. | 2138 | Introduction. This article presents a methodological reflection of the study of the value-semantic aspects of the representation of the hagiographic tradition in Dostoevsky’s work. Analysis of the artistic anthropology of the writer, ideological searches and spiritual conflicts, which determine the peculiarities of the problem and poetry of his works, allows to see the deep connection with the hagiographic tradition in its understanding of the world and man. The spiritual experience captured in the lives for the writer is not just a genre or pictorial tool, but a deep semantic vector, anthropological and axiological dominant. Material and methods. The material of the study is artistic and journalistic works of late creativity of F.M. Dostoevsky, the ego-documents of the writer, memories of contemporaries. The methodological basis of the study is the axiological approach, which is complex and includes cultural-historical, comparative, structural-typological, and biographical aspects. In the system of views of F. M. Dostoevsky, questions about a person, his spiritual and moral development, value attitudes and ideals are of great importance, are reflected in artistic creation, especially in the novel The Brothers Karamazov and The Life of the Great Sinner, take a basis among the life of the writer, his religious education and religious-philosophical worldview. Results and discussion. The representation of the hagiographic tradition is inextricably linked to the writer ‘s worldview, his system of values. In the system of views of F.M. Dostoevsky, questions about man, his spiritual and moral development, values and ideals are of fundamental importance, are reflected in artistic creativity, especially in the novel The Brothers Karamazov and The Life of a Great Sinner, take the basis among the life attitudes of the writer, his religious education and religious and philosophical worldview. Conclusion. The influence of the hagiographic tradition on Dostoevsky’s creativity is a complex problem both in terms of research aspect and methodology. The study should take into account the deep connection of Russian literature with Christian religious tradition. In the process of changing literary formations, Dostoyevsky ‘s creativity allows to see the spiritual core that Russian classical literature preserves and broadcasts from era to era as a culturalforming and meaning-forming dominant.
