| 4160 | The article considers some lexical issues of the Aghul language. Shows the meanings of the synonyms, variants of their usage in the speech. Give some examples of synonyms’ and antonyms’ usage in the language. Research of synonyms and antonyms in Aghul is of great importnace and significance, which is seen through the comparison with paradigms and system of some Slavonic manuscript sources. At the present stage of Bible translation in Aghul we have an opportunity to analyze the homogeneous ancient writing. Discussion of the problems in syntactical synonymity of Aghul and Russian leads to findings of their typological similarities. Stylistic analysis conducted in the paper defines forms and variants of writing in synonymic diversity of Aghul. Richness of language units variants in Russian and Aghul makes possible further development of semantic equivalents in terms of communication and cognition in speech process and exposes their insufficient study. The problem of modern teaching methods of creative activity is formulated as a contradiction between the need for a clear reproducible action and the need to work with hidden objectivity: motivation, as well as different types of thinking that are not available for teacher’s observation and are often not recognized by the student. For consideration is submitted a hypothesis about a new subject of the method of teaching creative writing - switching attention. Aim and objectives. The purpose of this article is to reveal the principles of creative writing teaching method based on the concept of flexible action. Material and research methods. The research materials presented are essays and mind maps produced by 5–7 grade students. Research methods are as follows: organization of learning (mind mapping and setting creative tasks), text analysis (compositional and semantic) and theoretical reasoning (mental modeling and extrapolation). Results and discussion. Implementation terms and conditions of new method have been revealed, the scope for understanding features of attention switching as a flexible action has been worked out. The difference between shifting and switching attention has been introduced and characterized. Stages of learning (activity) have been distinguished, as well as the core (know how), which is essential for the method strategic development in junior and secondary school and is seen as enhancement of mind map as intellectual tool. Basic starting points and mind map complexity levels have been defined in terms of usage in the 5th grade learning process. Students’ writings are provided to show the options of text analysis with the help of markers. Quality criterion (diversity) has been distinguished to reflect the flexible action efficiency. Principles and postulates of flexible and spontaneous action have been articulated. Conclusion. Finally, practical effects of the new method are defined, in particular, the possibility of flexible thinking purposeful development. Currently, in the context of the progression of globalization and informatization trends, one-off and terminative education does not always meet the requirements of society and the state for the quality of teaching staff. As part of the popularization of the educational ideology “lifelong learning”, integration in teacher education and professional development of teachers has become one of the leading goals of education reform in many countries. For a long time, the traditional separation in the system of chinese teacher education and the process of professional development of teachers did not allow improving the quality of the teaching staff. In this regard, in China at the end of the XX century research began on the problems of integration in this education and development. Since that time, considerable experience has been accumulated here in the integration of teacher education, both at a theoretical and practical level. The aim of the study is to determine the essence, characterize the key components and identify existing problems based on the analysis of integration in modern teacher education and professional development of teachers in China. Material and methods. The material of this research was the scientific and pedagogical works of Chinese researchers on the research problem. As methods in this work, we used a theoretical analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature on the problem of research, the experience of implementing integration in teacher education and professional development of teachers; generalization and concretization. Results and discussion. Integration in teacher education and professional development of teachers in China is to rationally design the goals and content of teaching at different stages of professional development of teachers, change the division in this process, optimize the use of educational resources, and promote the quality of teaching staff. The government, higher education institutions, professional retraining organizations for teachers and schools, as important participants in integration, in their own way contribute to its implementation in teacher education and teacher development. This integration is mainly reflected in the integration of learning objectives, curricula, educational institutions involved in teacher training, teacher qualifications and educational resources. Promoting effective professional communication and interaction at all stages of professional development of teachers and between various participants in teacher education, strengthening the continuity of the goals and content of education, improving the quality of teaching staff in the system of professional retraining of teachers remain important tasks of integration in teacher education and professional development of teachers in the future. Conclusion. The essence of integration in teacher education and professional development of teachers in China is to change the divisions in teacher training and to promote the continuous professional development of teachers. Through the integration of goals, curricula, educational institutions, attestation of teacher qualifications and educational resources, the quality of teacher training is indeed improved. However, further development and improvement of integration in teacher education is subject to further deep research in theory and practice in this area, and also requires solving existing problems. Digital technologies of the fourth industrial revolution were the driver of the development of digital didactics of vocational education and training. The formation of a digital educational environment, including the development of the information and communication structure of a modern educational institution, provides all participants in educational relations (teachers, students) with a set of digital technologies that can be used by them to achieve educational goals, self-realization, professional adaptation and socialization. Therefore, the issues of effective use of the possibilities of digital technologies and means of digital didactics to achieve the set educational goals determine, in general, the effectiveness of pedagogical interaction and the educational process. Aim and objectives. Purpose of the study is to describe and explain the process of vocational education and training using digital didactic tools. Material and methods. The following theoretical research methods were used: study and analysis of normative-pedagogical, scientific-methodical literature and Internet resources on the research problem; study of technical documentation for software for digital educational technologies, a comparative analysis of the capabilities of digital didactics tools in comparison with the information and communication structure of an educational institution; study and generalization of Russian and foreign experience in the use of digital didactics tools in professional education. The empirical aspect of the research is presented in the form of reflection on the pedagogical activity of the author of the article. Results and discussion. The prerequisites for the formation of a digital educational environment, the need for mutual adaptation of digital and pedagogical technologies, research into the possibilities of using the potential of digital technologies to achieve the set educational goals are revealed. The main groups of means of digital didactics are highlighted – personalized educational process, digital pedagogical technologies, metadigital educational complexes, their substantive characteristics are given. The article reveals the features of the main digital technologies of artificial intelligence and the Internet of things, virtual and augmented reality V / R and A / R technologies, blockchain technologies in the context of their adaptation and use in the educational process in order to increase the visibility and effectiveness of education. The perspective directions of pedagogical didactics are considered, studied and characterized, ensuring the disclosure of the individual potential of students and the collective potential of the pedagogical community using digital technologies. | 4164 | The article is dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the publication of the first edition of A. M. Volkov’s fairy tale “The Wizard of the Emerald City” (1939). The work uses for the first time the handwritten collection of the children’s writer A.M. Volkov, stored at Tomsk State Pedagogical University. Manuscripts allow one to penetrate into the writer’s workshop, to trace the formation and development of an idea and the course of the creative process. A comparison of the structure of chapters in the 1936 manuscript and the 1939 edition made it possible to identify changes made to the composition (deletion, introduction of new ones, merging chapters). In addition, the article provides fragments of manuscripts from 1936, with which A. Volkov planned to supplement the text, but did not include them in the printed version of 1939. Analysis of the drafts gave an idea of A. Volkov’s work with character names. It was important for the writer to find equivalents to the names in F. Baum’s fairy tale, so that they would be understandable to the Russian-speaking reader and optimally reveal the character’s image. The writer worked on the largest number of name options for Scarecrow. Of particular interest is the manuscript of fragments of A. M. Volkov’s play “Flight to Fairyland” based on “The Wizard of the Emerald City”. The manuscript is introduced into scientific circulation for the first time and commented on. The diary entries of A. Volkov and the unusual image of Goodwin in fragments of the play (a black slave Uncle Joe who escaped from an exploiter) indicate that the writer tried to submit to circumstances, adapt to the requirements of censorship, inscribing a fairy tale plot into the traditions of social literature of the late 19th – first half XX century. However, the incompleteness of the play’s concept can be explained by both external (the onset of the “thaw”) and internal (unwillingness to obey the political situation) reasons. His translations based on close perusal of the original and ability for delicate feeling of linguistic material, gave a new life to Chekhov’s plays, bringing them to the German reader, opening new opportunities for stage performance. The results of the research show that Russian speakers use imperatives when there are null, official or inofficial relationships between the interlocutors who may have any social status and be of any age. In contrast to that American speakers use imperatives if they give advice to a person who is of the same or lower status and is of the same age or younger. In case the advice is given to a person who is of higher status and older, American speakers prefer assertives. In this context, it is important to note the interest of Tynyanov to “a high ode”, having dual, two-sided nature. | 4181 | Introduction. Preparing schoolchildren for participation in JuniorSkills competitions is an urgent task of modern education. A feature of the process of teaching robotics, electronics and engineering and technical creativity is activities based on the practical implementation of tasks. A hands-on approach to professional self-determination is well presented through the events of the World Skills Junior movement. The question of determining the effectiveness of the organizational forms used in face-to-face and remote learning remains open. It is important to take into account the peculiarities, strengths and weaknesses of each format of interaction. It is important for effectively ensuring the continuity of the educational line and the process of self-determination of students in the conditions of the unpredictability of our time. Aim and objectives. Determination of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the necessary practical skills among schoolchildren in preparation for the Junior Skills competition through face-to-face and remote forms of interaction. Material and methods. The distance model of the Junior Skills program was tested on the basis of two sites: The Children’s Center for Educational Robotics of the Tomsk State Pedagogical University and the Kurlek Secondary School of the Tomsk District. Since 2018, 75 students in grades 3–6 and 58 students in grades 9–11 have been prepared for competitions in the field of professional self-determination. The training took place in face-to-face and remote formats. Results and discussion. In the course of the experimental work, a model of the distance format for the implementation of the educational program for the preparation of schoolchildren for competitions of professional skills of the Junior Skills Russia level was developed and tested. A series of tasks has been developed for the formation of primary independent practice-oriented tests (for the profiles of robotics, programming, modeling, electronics). Conclusion. The remote form of the educational program adds additional experience of self-control training to the general list of preparation measures for professional skill competitions. It takes schoolchildren out of their comfort zone and helps them learn to control their stress levels when working in non-standard conditions. Also, it gives the opportunity to take responsibility for their actions and allows self-determination with a further professional profile. | 4182 | A short story “Bobok” by F.M. Dostoevsky is regarded to be one of the most complicated works of the writer not only from the point of the number of issues being discussed, but also in terms of genre identification. The scholars believe that it is possible to consider the story as an example of the synthesis of genres. The purpose of the article is to reveal the peculiarities of the reception of “Bobok” in the USA by identifying the genre shifts in the English translation of the story. The material of the study is a short story “Bobok” and its English translation made by Boris L. Brazol in 1949. The original and translated texts are analyzed within the philological approach including the bases of comparative analysis. Additionally, the study uses the findings of Russian and foreign Dostoevsky scholars, as well as the works on genre theory, reception theory, and fiction translation. Compared to the original text, the English version of “Bobok” demonstrates formal and issue-related transformations that are primarily induced by the peculiarities of the literature in the USA in the middle of the 20th century: emergence of black humor as one of the most adequate forms of creative writings in the context of cultural crisis. The translator focuses on conveying those story’s features that coincide with the key characteristics of black humor genre, i.e. satirico-humorous effect, borderline condition of character, overlapping of reality and unreality. The complex narrative structure is not preserved; there is no iconic linkage in conveying the words that constitute the logical gradation and are directly connected with the main issues of the story. The absence of the complex structure of the story in the translation, including the ignorance of iconic linkage in conveying the key concepts of the original, blurs out the genre diversity of “Bobok” and results in issue-related transformations. The complicated story “Bobok” is perceived in English version as a black humor writing, which in its turn identifies the stage of “passive saturation” of American culture with such texts followed by the stage of blossom (“active transmission”) of black humor poetics in 1950–70th. | 4200 | The article discusses the problems of the development of one of the essential objects of the urban environment of Tomsk at the beginning of the 20th century - bathhouse facilities. This topic has not been the subject of special scientific research yet. Bath as an urban infrastructure element was a popular public institution where people could perform not only hygiene, but also relax, spend free time, communicate with other people. Analyses the existing сentral and local legislation regarding the construction and maintenance of the municipal baths, rules of their functioning in accordance with sanitary requirements, describes the real sanitary condition of the Tomsk baths and its causes. Provides the characteristics of public, room and family baths, their similarities and differences in the quantity and quality of services provided. It is concluded that there is insufficient number of baths to meet the basic needs of residents in maintaining personal hygiene. Shows the role of the urban sanitary commissions in the implementation of sanitary monitoring of bathing establishments, maintenance of cleanliness and disinfection in them. Attention is focused on such problems of Tomsk bath economy, as lacking of sewerage, water supply (up to 1905-1908), poor ventilation device, closets and pits for water drainage, irregular disinfection, presence of parasites (lice, worms) and high probability of contracting infectious, skin, venereal and other diseases.
