In the article the authors touched on one of the topical issues of defectological education: improving motivation to self-correction and self-control among children with severe speech disorders. For children with severe speech disorders the corrective-speech process at kindergarten speech therapy center lasts 2–3 years. During this time it is necessary to help children to correct the defects of the entire system of language: aspects of pronunciation, lexical and grammatical side, of coherent speech. The necessity of examination and formation of a stable motivation for corrective speech work is caused by the low level of interest of senior preschool children with severe speech disorders to speech therapy classes, because they require perseverance from the child, and this quality appears later. The authors identified three stages of diagnostics, necessary for a comprehensive examination of children with severe speech disorders. Stage 1 – speech diagnostics, stage 2 – study of children’s motivation, stage 3 – parents’ questioning to identify the child’s interests. The attention is focused on the stage of studying of motivation for speech therapy classes, with the aim of identifying conditions for the formation of stable motivation of children with severe speech disorders. The diagnostic parameters of the motivational component are demonstrated, their connection with speech therapy tasks is specified.

The goal of this article is to reveal language formulas in the Khanty folklore on the basis of text analysis, to investigate the theory of formulas’ classification and to apply it to the described Khanty language formulas. The formulas may be considered a speech unit which is repeated in the same text or several different texts. In comparison with the fabulous formulas, the language formulas don’t depend on the folklore genre and can be found in different folklore texts. The investigation of these formulas allows obtaining the view of the language picture of the world and the archaic features of the Khanty mythology and religion preserved to the present.

The article discusses the concept of the safe area of childhood and the necessity of its formation to ensure the safe development of the child. Development of the safe childhood area is aimed at reducing threats for child’s life and health and occurs in the course of interaction of an environment and kid’s private world, as well as in the task of creating a safety culture. The analysis of the relationship between the components of the safe childhood space was conducted using methods of statistics. The established causal relationships guide the development of a safe childhood area. Environmental conditions have a direct impact on the formation of safety culture in the child’s vital world. High ecological risks act as a motive for the formation of adaptive reactions, including safe behaviour. Adverse ecological conditions promote formation of children’s safety culture, while adverse social factors decelerate its development instead. Technological and social threats stimulate educational institution to develop health-saving technologies. The development of healthy and eco-friendly among pre-school educational institutions creates safe childhood space. Adaptive-developing environment of educational institutions is a condition of adaptation of the preschool child to the society and the preservation of his health. The safety culture of adults - parents and teachers - has a dominant influence on the child’s safety culture and the conditions for its safe development.

Introduction. The activity of professional groups in the media environment has generated hybrid professional discourses that retain the typological features of the corresponding institutional discourses, while modified method and channel of communication has led to significant transformations in the structure of discourse and development of characteristic features peculiar to the media discourse. Aim and objectives. The study aims to determine the status and typological features of legal discourse produced and consumed within media. The objectives of the research include the correlation of the parameters of institutional discourse and media discourse, the role of each of them and the impact on the structure of hybrid discourse. Material and methods. The data include 300 texts of various styles and genres, constituting the content of professional legal groups on the social network Instagram: such as Internet memes; narratives representing the description of cases of professional practice. Results and discussion. In this study, the variety of legal discourse produced and consumed within the media is defined as an informal legal discourse on the basis that its core consists of the discourse-forming categories of institutional legal discourse. The sphere of functioning of the informal legal discourse is mass communication, which entails changes in the conceptual organization of discourse and the parameters of communication. The texts of the informal legal discourse acquire the characteristics of a “media text”, in which the verbal and media components are closely interrelated and combined with each other on the basis of a variety of principles. A specific way of communication determines a number of characteristics that bring legal informal discourse closer to everyday and humorous discourse and causes changes in stylistic and linguistic parameters. Conclusion. The analysis revealed the relationship between the parameters of the institutional legal discourse and the media discourse. The media environment is a fundamental condition that determines such parameters of the description of discourses as a method of communication and a mode. These parameters influenced changes in the structure of the institutional legal discourse at the communicative level and led to significant shifts in the communicative model due to the expansion of the concept of addressee. The media environment is a decisive factor in expanding the capabilities of a text that develops the characteristics of a “media text”. The specific way of communication has caused a number of characteristics that bring the legal informal discourse closer to the ordinary and humorous discourse and causes a change in the language norm.

The article is devoted to the problem of professional education of a future teacher in conditions of transitivity. The sources of the research were the philosophical ideas of existentialism and psychological concepts of hardiness. The logical method, comparison, contrast, generalization, classification, modeling method, as well as theoretical analysis of the material are used. The methodological basis of the work was made up of dialectical, existential, and systemic approaches. The author considers the categories “courage to be” and “existential self-determination of the future teacher” in their dialectical unity. Courage to be is the ability of an individual to withstand difficulties and challenges, to remain optimistic and to find solutions in difficult situations. The existential self-determination of a future teacher is understood as a certain internal resource of a professional, reflecting, on the one hand, a person’s readiness for change, mobility, ability for non-standard work actions, responsibility and independence in making decisions that ensure professional effectiveness and the ability to constructively overcome emerging difficulties, and, on the other hand, it helps to understand the value of life, the search for inner meaning as the only strategy for development and overcoming the internal contradictions of the system. Accordingly, the future teacher’s bright existential self-determination helps to cultivate his/her courage to be, and the presence of vital stability helps him/her to understand better himself and his/her role in the educational process. It is noted that in psychological and pedagogical research, the philosophical problem of the courage to be is reflected in the theory of hardiness, where hardinessis a personal variable that characterizes the measure of an individual’s ability to withstand a stressful situation, maintaining internal balance and without reducing the success of activities; is considered as a factor in the existential self-determination of the individual. The article states that the author, having examined the level of hardiness of students at a pedagogical university, concluded that it is necessary to intensify work to increase its level, in particular, to stimulate a reflexive-subjective position among future teachers, which is one of the main psychological and pedagogical conditions for developing readiness to the existential self-determination of the student’s personality. It is proposed to introduce into the teacher training process a special course “Dominants of professional education at a university: existential self-determination of a future teacher.” Its content and structure are described.

The Indo-European languages at the early period of their development were characterized by the structure and categories which were quite different from what they are having nowadays. The active structure, the predecessor of the nominative one, determined the morphological, syntactical and semantic aspects of the language. Binary opposition of the active and inactive cases developed into a new opposition which at the moment of the formation of the nominative structure consisted of the subject case (genitive) and the object case (accusative and nominative). Old Germanic t-stems and their Indo-European parallels reflect some features which were peculiar for the active stage in the history of the Indo-European languages.

The author of the article tries to determine the place of the so-called verbal synlexes (morphologically composite, stable nominative units of language; functional-semantic analogues of the separate verbs) in the nominative structure of the Russian language. In modern conditions of development of our state, the social role and value of a healthy lifestyle is growing. One of the priority tasks of educational practice is the transformation of understanding the specifics of health as the life value of a future generation of citizens. This topic is of particular interest in relation to representatives of extreme professions, in particular to employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, whose professional suitability has always been given special attention. Of course, the activities of law enforcement agencies are often associated with stressful conditions and the resulting health risks. In light of this, close attention should be paid to the issues of the formation of a value attitude, value orientations and value orientations towards a healthy lifestyle as part of the professional training of cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The purpose of the work is to consider and analyze such a value orientation as health among cadets of universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, in the framework of the formation of their ability to organize their lives in accordance with socially significant ideas about a healthy lifestyle (OK-9). Material and methods. The methodology “Value Orientations” by M. Rokich, based on direct ranking of the list of terminal and instrumental values, acted as a diagnostic toolkit. In addition, pedagogical observation, questionnaires and testing were used as research methods. Results and discussion. 175 cadets of the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education “East Siberian Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia” were exposed to diagnostics: 87 first-year cadets and 88 fifth-year cadets. As a result, a statistically significant difference was revealed between the diagnosed groups and a positive dynamics was noted in the formation and development of a value orientation towards a healthy lifestyle among cadets of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the framework of their professional training. Conclusion. In the framework of educational and extracurricular activities, it seems possible to form value orientations and value orientations of cadets of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, including a healthy lifestyle as an integral attribute of their future professional activity. The main task of educational organizations of the system of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is to create the necessary legal, infrastructural, organizational, including psychological and pedagogical conditions, to form the ability of cadets to organize their life in accordance with socially significant ideas about a healthy lifestyle by creating a health-saving and health-forming educational environment.

Drama researchers Valentina Golovchiner, Oksana Yurchenkova (Rusanova), Olga Strashkova, Elena Penskaya, Larisa Tyutelova, Irina Bagration-Mukhranneli, Oksana Kravchenko, Elena Kirichuk, and art historians and theater scholars Konstantin Uchitel, Martina Palusheva, Anna Kovalova, Vanhong Bao, Liang Weiqi, and others. Objective: to outline the directions of contemporary studies of the Erdmann’s work by; to see the scale of scientific contacts, to unite like-minded people from different countries, to acquaint specialists and everyone interested in researching Erdmann’s work with the contents of the conference participants’ reports. Material and methods. The article is based on a complex approach including biographical, cultural-historical, comparative-typological, historical-literary, historical-functional methods. Results and discussion. The main points of the reports were briefly presented, the topical aspects of Erdmann’s work were pointed out, the range of works of literature and theater discussed in the context of his work was outlined, and an idea of translations and productions of Erdmann’s plays in European countries was formed. Conclusion. The material from the review of the conference reports can be used in scientific research, educational and cultural-educational activities in order to broaden the idea of Erdman’s personality and creativity, the scope of his talent, his contribution to Russian and world playwrights.

Introduction. The problem of professional choice in a situation of uncertainty raises the importance of scientific understanding and finding practical solutions to support school graduates in the process of professional self-determination. This is particularly an issue for rural school graduates. The problem was addressed in domestic and foreign Pedagogy and Psychology at different times in history. The attitude towards the problem of professional choice is changing. Whereas it was more often considered in the context of professional self-determination, it is now the subject of independent research. The purpose of the article is to reveal the features of the professional choice by rural school students in the changing ideas about the essence of professional choice as a psychological and pedagogical problem. Material and methods. The empirical base of the study is represented by 15–18 years old school students and the middle-aged population of rural settlements in the north and south of the Tyumen region. The survey was attended by 200 people. The content of the questions is aimed at evaluation of the confidence and validity of the professional choice and general awareness in various aspects of the attractiveness of traditional and modern occupations. Basic methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization, questioning. Results and discussion. The authors examine professional choices in different contexts. The first context reflects the needs of society and the state in the professional development of an individual in a knowledge economy. The second context shows the need for a theoretical and methodological justification of the development of the content and scope of the concept of “professional choice”, its factors and mechanisms. The third context characterizes the peculiarities and problems of choosing a profession by rural school students. Conclusion. The results showed that, in general, there is a lack of maturity among school students in choosing a profession and understanding its importance in life values realization. The position of the parents is aimed at supporting children in their independent choice. The professional choice depends on the regional specificities, demand for occupations in a given territory, personal preferences, and the occupational prestige. Spec1fic methane fluxes of forest-steppe eutroph1c m1res are very close to the same fluxes 1n subta1ga. Probability d1stribution of specific methane flux has following parameters: 1st quart1le/med1an/3rd quartile = 0.53/1.99/ 6.03 mgС GH4-m 2-h 1. Methane fluxes from bog lakes are close too, as in subta1ga they are estimated at tens and first hundreds of mgС GH4-m 2-h 1. Probability d1stribution of specific methane flux in riam: 0.00 / 0.09 / 0.21 mgС GH4-m 2-h 1. Annual methane em1ss1on from Western S1ber1a forest-steppe (estimated on the model Bc5) 1s 0.36 MtСH4/year that form 5 % reg1onal em1ss1on.
